Last week I placed a delivery order. it took over 45 minutes for the delivery after it made it to the point on the tracker saying it was out for delivery. I called after 30 minutes after the tracker said it was on it's way. (Note we only live approximately 15-20 minutes from the store) I have tried giving as exact directions to where we stay but they seem to be taking longer and longer to get to make the delivery. Today I ordered again, but, I ordered it 4 hours in advance. We are now looking at over an hour from when it was supposed to be delivered. It is currently still not here. What do we need to do to get the food delivered on time? I did call the store after it was 45 minutes late, "oh it it will be there in 15 minutes", I asked why it is being so late? "We're busy" is what I'm told. When it was delivered it was COLD!!! If I'd have answered the door I would have declined the order since it was so late. read more

Update. Call to order my pizza which I had credit for that wasn't cooked through (photos here). Asked the lady on the phone multiple times "is it under my number????" And she said yes yes yes etc. This time I called them and a manager answered the phone of course, it wasn't under my phone number, so I asked if the manager if she could just be called really quick to verify they avoided my question and said that she was off work, etc. etc. and I asked again I said OK you don't have her phone number like you can't just call her real quick to verify? The guy hung up on me. So I placed another order through the app and I pay for it. They were rude to me so I was rude to them when I went to the window and refused to move up so that people could be served out of line which I always find crazy anyway. I get home and it's cold and there is HOT SAUCE on the lid. This was it. Never again! Highly recommend Pepperoni Express, the best pizza place in Lyman!!! read more

It took 2 hours to get my food. They said they were slammed with 3 drivers but this is a business here. They weren't even willing to give incentives to treat the customer for waiting. The customer service of the person who was on the phone wasn't that good. The driver apologized but it was funny when he closed the app out early as if he delivered the pizza but I waited another 30 minutes before he actually arrived. Keep in mind I was also buying about 45$ worth of pizza and I intended on leaving the rest as a tip out of 60$. I've been a delivery driver so I know how it is. I still tipped him but I also let him know that this wasn't how to conduct a business. Now the pizza box was warped from being in the bag so long as the driver made 2 stops before me. The pizza was still kind of warm so I ate it but I guess being in steam for so long it changed the way the cheese was on my speciality pizza. I ate it and threw it up minutes later. That's seriously some disgusting stuff. Man I'll never order from here again, and if it's food poisoning I'm suing. I kept the info. This is the 2nd restaurant in that same plaza that has terrible food and customer service. They should close this one down or get someone better as the gm and manager. Because this store is out of hand. And proper management skills wouldn't have let it get this bad. They would've seen the other reviews telling where the issues lie, and irradiated the problem. Placed an order at 4:15pm today the guy that took the order was very nice. Told me my wait would be 1.5 hr to 1.45hr wait which was fine he explained they only had one driver. Called back at 5:53pm spoke to another guy who told me that they couldn't deliver because I was out of their zone (which I find hard to believe because they have delivered to me in the past) then told me if it would have been a regular weekday they would have been able to deliver...told me I could come pick it up. Which if I would have had a car I would have picked it up from the start. I feel that this was very unprofessional of Dominos to tell me when I called back an hour and 43 minutes later. read more

I placed a phone order for pickup this afternoon and didn't understand what the young man said my total was. I said excuse me and he got real smart when he told me the price a second time. When I picked up my order I told him that I didn't understand what he said and he may want to watch his tone of voice when answering. He started grinning real big and after I paid he walked back to the prep area and started laughing. This is the 2nd time he has been rude. Ordered delivery and email stated 20 to 30 minutes. When looked at tracker it showed an hour and a half. I called store to get told I was called by manager to let me know it was going to be so long, which is totally false. After over an hour I called to check on order they said it was canceled. Worse customer service and I will be contacting corporate and not allowing anyone else to deal with this. read more

Just ordered a large thin pizza. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The edges were burnt and the bottom was hard as a rock. The last three times I've ordered from there it was bad. I ordered a thin last time and I got a thick. We don't like thick. Threw half that one away and half of this one away. ok we have learned our lesson. Don't ever order from Dominoes again. The manager, Malissa, needs to be fired! Called last night to place a 6 pizza order. After 20 minutes, I finally got my order placed when the manager took the phone to say they didn't deliver to our area. After asking where the nearest "hotspot" was, which she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, she repeated that they didn't deliver to our area and hung up! There's more to this, but long story short, we ordered from Dominos in Greer with no problem and picked up our pizza which is what we would have done in Wellford if the manager hadn't hung up on me. I love the service and food you get from this Domino's. The food is always fresh, hot and made to order, just like you ask. I simply love the pasta dishes! Of course, the pizzas, subs and chicken are amazing as well. The manager, Brian, is fabulous!! His staff are all wonderful!! I have never been disappointed in the service I have received from here.
