FINALLY, Amazing Pizza! We just moved here from the West Coast and have been seriously struggling to find decent pizza until we found Pepperoni Express! The gentleman who served us was absolutely incredible. He went out of his way to cut the pepperoni into tiny pieces just the way I like it, and it honestly made my whole night. The pizza was perfect. The crust, the cheese, the flavor everything was spot on. And the ranch? SO GOOD. I'm super picky about ranch and this one passed with flying colors. Used to be really good. Tried wings for first time. The bone in were pretty good. Boneless were a disappointment. Too dry and burnt.

Pizza was excellent! Staff friendly and pleasant. Always very accommodating to make sure that you are happy and food is good.

Solid meat pizza. Didn't have the beef topping but gladly substituted additional pepperoni. Less than a mile away and we are going to make this our regular pizza place. Crust wasn't crispy or chewy but very good nonetheless. read more

Update: Side salad 5/5 stars Chicken Wings (I tried hot) 4/5 stars Cinnamon Stix 5/5 stars Added another star for better variety. Their sides have gotten better. The chicken wings a expensive ($14 for only ten). Usually you order wings in increments of a half dozen anyway so that's weird. If they came down on price or made it twelve wings for $14 I'd kick it up to 5/5 stars for the wings but had to dock it some for value. All in all, they've gotten a lot better on their items outside of pizza. But I'm still afraid to try the chocolate chip pizza again. read more

We called for a delivery pizza and when received it was incorrect. We called and the manager "Chris" said when we questioned about our inaccurate order he accused us of "threatening him" WOW how unprofessional is this?!?! He also swore on the phone to us and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation except say we are banned from delivery? Seriously? This is bad business and we were treated very poorly from the start with the rude woman that answered the phone without asking answered put us on hold then when she took our order didn't listen to what we were saying kept asking over and over about our order with an attitude. I understand it's a holiday weekend but the way we were treated was unjustified and rude!! We and our neighbors order from here weekly and I will let ALL my neighbors know if this rude behavior and the unprofessionalism. I asked for owner he said he never works his name is David. Chris you owe us an apology and had no right to treat is this way and the owner should teach you some customer skills to help your establishment! This review is for takeout only. I've ordered pizzas for takeout from Pepperoni Express multiple times and have never been disappointed. The pizzas were always hot and ready to go when I arrive within the timeframe that they give. My personal favorites are the red velvet dessert pizza and a medium beef and jalapeno pizza. The price is reasonable and the serving sizes are perfect! Pepperoni Express Pizzeria is the only place I get pizza from in Lyman! read more

Okay I have to admit I am a pizza Junkie I can eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. This is the best delivery pizza I have ever had and the price was just right 1799 for their monster IE Supreme with everything. However I have an issue with not being told that paying with a credit card I would be hit with a service fee. When I called to inquire about this I was told it's posted on the windows in the store and I said well I called the order in so I should have been told that paying with my credit card I would be charged a service fee. Also there online website says they are closed and they don't take online orders at this time. So when you go to look at me up and it says it's closed make sure you call because they are open. With the exception of a service charge on my credit card this is the best pizza I have ever had delivered to my door 18 in pizza and I mean huge check them out they are worth it. And please don't forget to tip your delivery driver. read more

LOVEEEEE THE WINGS HERE. Pizza is also good and so are calzones. Buttttt today I decided to venture out for a dessert pizza and the chocolate chip pizza was sooooo sad. Thin crust with a smear of cookie dough stuff over the top and random huge hardened chocolate chips placed on top. All of the old photos made it look amazing but this is just sad. Half of it was much harder than the other also. So I'll be talking to the manager next trip to see how this can be fixed bc it was not worth the price at all. read more

Very good pizza. Finally a place that offers a good crust and not just the paper thin stuff. They call it hand crafted and it is yummy. Reasonable prices and done on time. We will be back. If you never had one, try a white pizza with banana peppers and sausage. Something different but an excellent combination! read more

i tried this place out of a whim, against my better judgement. When I pulled up, I should have realized it was going to be gas station quality pizza judging that it seemed like it use to be a gas station. I still went in and ordered their lunch special, 4 toppings small pizza , garlic bread and a coke all for 8? That sounds like a deal... too bad my arse didn't think so at all.. The pizza itself, was a little under cooked. The sauce was meh and the cheese tasted like something they scraped off a cows underbelly. To top it off, their were hairs in my pizza( probably from the cow). None of the ingredients I had chosen for my pizza seemed fresh or made me think of ever wanting to come back to give them a second chance. I honestly wanted to like the place especially when the kids working there were talking about how they could make the place better between themselves and how their manager/owner did absolutely nothing for the place. I thought that would have been a hint of someone caring about quality, but it turned out that they were just blowing smoke up each others arses. read more

We have ordered from here many many times in the past and it was always great. Tonight May 27th we placed our order at 5:50pm. We were told it would take 15 - 30 minutes. At 6:50pm we called back because our order was still not here and we had not heard from anyone. We were told that the driver left 10 minutes ago. at 7:15 we got a call from the delivery driver asking for some help finding our location. The person who took the order had written our address down incorrectly so the driver could of course not find our actual location. by 7:20 we finally had our order. The calzone was completely raw around the edges. It is understandable that it might be slightly less cooked around the edges because of the thickness of the dough but this was not slightly less cooked it was completely raw juicy cold dough with the texture of molding clay. Disgusting! After a call to the manager on duty that night she informed us that if we wanted a refund we would have to drive down there and get it. She did not even apologize and instead tried to defend the quality of the calzone and justify the excessive wait time that we have never Ever experienced with them before. I hope this is not a continuing downward trend in their business. I am sure the owner of this company would be extremely unhappy with the service provided at the Lyman Location. If I were the manager I would be making it right with the customer any way I could. That includes: Offering to deliver a calzone made correctly instead of telling the customer " calzones are just that way SOMETIMES but if you want you can come get another one, I can make it but I cant deliver it for you" Second I would put into place simple processes for taking down an address correctly, like after you write it down, read it back to the customer and confirm it is correct.. that one simple step would have saved the delivery driver gas and time and really helped this customer. Next, control the process for making the products and verifying the quality. Simple. The hard part is apparently finding Personnel that actually take pride in their Job. Oh yeah.. we were told the reason we had to go get our refund because they refuse to pay the driver to come back out. WHAT A JOKE! read more
