As with the Jersey Mike's in my hometown of Gaffney, S.C., I saw the same hygienic concerns! I do not want my sub bread sliced or placed on top of many previous orders crumbs! Those previous bread crumbs could have been there for days given their penchant for not wiping the preparation area off between sandwiches! How hard would that be to do! Enough negative! Where can you get a better tasting sub? Not anywhere close to Spartanburg, S.C. The associates that I encountered were polite and accommodating! They worked with me to prepare my sub to my specifications! Purchasing the largest sandwich here would be about eighteen dollars! Very large but expensive! I settled for the next size down in the range of twelve dollars and change. Absolutely delicious! Unmatched quality and flavor! Because of the unmatched, delicious flavor I'll return. I haven't had a problem until last night. There was a hair on the sub. They remade both sandwiches and one was put on the wrong bread, because they were rushing us through. Popped in on my way out of town to grab a quick bite ... upon entering, I was greeted by one of the six employees who were behind the counter. No other guests were inside. Realized I left something in the car and ran back out & in - was not spoken to by an employee for almost 3 minutes despite being the only person there - two employees were cleaning, two were talking amongst themselves, & two were yelling at one another about the TV remote. If you want to joke & banter with co-workers, awesome, but learn how to bring a customer into that conversation so they feel welcome. I felt awkward waiting to be asked for my order. Approached the counter to pay for my items and the cashier declined to accept the coupon I presented (a ticket stub from a local hs sporting event I attended the day before ... turns out since Covid schools didn't get to use their tickets from the 2019-20 season so they are currently using them. No big deal to not accept the coupon but personally I think it would've been in better taste to accept it today & explain that they can't be used due to the date. Oh well. Thankfully there's a Jersey Mike's on the other side of Spartanburg so I have no need to come back to this one. read more

My sister in law,purchased myself and my husband a large roast beef sub. It was the first time we ever had any item from this store. The subs were delicious and had plenty of meat,cheese and toppings.The bread was soft and just right for a sub. We will be buying from them again. read more

Where to begin I ordered for delivery. The online menu has so many delicious options. I ended up ordering the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. I got the giant. This thing was a giant. A much bigger sandwich than competitor's wimpy sandwiches. I will say this if you are a cheese lover like me then you must try this one. The steak was tender the peppers were perfect. I did take off the jalapeños on mine. Plus I got what they call a stubborn soda ( black cherry with Tarragon). Now I never had that particular flavor before with the tarragon. I should have ordered 2 of them my kids wanted to try it and I had 1 sip out of the whole can. What I did taste was pretty good. read more

Went in to order 3 subs $50 worth of food. Had to tell the guy taking the order three times I had other subs after the first one, because the slicer was having a general discussion about her life that was distracting him. That was easy. I had ordered extra meat for a #13 giant sub; and I asked her if she knew that. "Sure, I put an extra slice of meat on it" they normally put 5 pieces on, but she put 6. I've bought that sub many times; if that wasn't a lie, then they are cutting back on their sandwiches while raising prices. Not good either way. I told her to just take it off, that was a rip off, but she just ignored me and went to the next sandwich, since she had sliced the meat. Then the guy checking out, laughed and said "you should see it when someone orders double meat; that cost more than the original sub", as he's flopping my sub down on the bare counter to slice it. Had limited time to get back to work, so just paid and left. Usually come in around once a week. Never will use this Jersey Mike's again. Not customer focused, not sanitation focused, not customer value focused; that's the strike's. If I want a Philly; I'll go to Paisanos on 290, and Publix for the subs. read more

If you call you will not receive and answer. If they do they will hang up. I have tried it multiple times. Asked at the window if everything was okay because it wasn't busy. They told me unless I had a call in I needed to come in to order . Customer service is a thing of the past. read more

Delicious Philly cheesesteaks. Prepared exactly as I like. My new favorite for sub sandwiches.

This is my 2nd visit to this restaurant in 2 months. My first visit was excellent. I ordered the cold beef and provolone giant sub to have for dinner and lunch the next day. The beef was tender, tomatoes fresh, etc. Tonight I ordered the same exact sandwich. Roll was not cut properly and the bottom piece was so thin the sub could not hold together. The beef was dry, the cheese was dry around edges and tomatoes mushy. I ate less than a quarter of sub and tossed the entire thing. I will not be back unless they up their quality control. read more

Please be careful when ordering through their app for delivery as Door Dash does the delivery and there is no system to guarantee that the wrong food isn't delivered as it was to me. If you order through the JM app they are responsible as they get the transaction. I had to get dressed and drive there to still not get my correct order and they could care less. I have been a very big supporter of this store since they came to the west side, but will no longer. I will drive to Gville to get my JM fix.
