I don't know how they pulled that off, but the crust still had a perfect crunch while holding all the toppings without getting soggy. Everything tasted fresh and the balance of flavors was spot on. Places like Sally's Apizza and Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana get a lot of the spotlight, but if Pizza by Rocco had a prime time location and more exposure, I honestly think they'd be competing in the same conversation.
