I hate to do this but this was the worst food I've ever eaten. I cannot for the life of me figure out how people would give this place 2 stars or more?? Must be family and friends? We ordered pizza (that was the absolutely the worst I have ever had....ever!) I also got an order or buffalo wings that was under cooked (almost raw) and a chicken cordon blue sub that if I didn't know what I ordered would never have known what it was. I'm from NY originally and I get it the food up here can't compete (and I don't expect it to) but the food I got today was close to being inedible. Placed an order for 2 calzones. One of them was cheese, spinach and mushrooms with NO sauce and the person on the phone even repeated the order. After picking up the order and returning home, we discovered the one calzone was sauce, spinach, mushrooms and NO cheese. There is a reason I order no sauce. Not happy with this visit. read more

Although a lot of people in town don't have a high opinion of the pizza, from the day we moved in, my kids have loved the pizza at New Boston Pizza. They recently remodeled so it's much cleaner and modern than it used to be. Service is friendly. Although the sandwiches leave something to be desired, lots of chopped veggies, the hamburger plates and pizza are great and I'm convinced they have the BEST fries around! If you know you have to specify every single thing you want on your sandwich or burger, you won't be disappointed. read more

My husband and I went into the pizza place. My husband grabbed a 2 liter bottle of soda and put it on the counter. I picked it up to move out of the way and it was covered with red sticky something from the shelve above. Looked down and it was all over my very light colored shirt. The girl took it from me because I complained and put it back in the cooler and grabbed another one(never saw her clean the dieting bottle). That's number one. Proceeded to order, baked ziti w/ garlic bread and a chicken ceaser large salad / croutons on the side, to stay and eat(not to go) good thing. Waited quite awhile for food. When we got it, it was filthy from, grease all over the outside of container. No garlic bread, no dressing and no cheese on the salad. Went to ask about getting dressing and cheese but it never came out to us, so I went and asked again. Realized we had no garlic bread either, so had to go ask for garlic bread and the ceaser salad had croutons all over it so we removed them. So our food was cold by the time we got everything . The KIDS working there had no older person there with them, asked for the owner Josh, who I have talked to many times, on his honeymoon. Then the KIDS blamed all the issues on a new person they were training. From what I saw, THEY ALL NEED TO BE RETRAINED. Horrible service, uncaring employee's. If I could give a zero, I would. Will go back and talk to owner when he returns but not in any rush to ever go back and don't know if I can get the red stains off my shirt. Forgot also the lettuce had alot of brown lettuce in it. No menu online other than a photo taken of the menu on Facebook which is hard to read and hard to find. Maybe make a real website online so people can actually order online and view a real menu. Pizza is very bland, tastes like the box it came in. Prices are ok for the quality of food you are getting. Would rather pay a little more for a quality good tasting pizza! Good dough, slow service. 33 minutes for two salads (after we asked about the status) and 42 minutes for a small pizza. It was lunch time, but they weren't very busy. Good,, friendly and clean, but a working guy just can't afford the time it takes. read more

Their food is very bland and pizza is just ok. Bread not fresh most of the time and salads are disgusting. People that work there are very friendly if bread is not fresh then the sandwich is horrid. There snacks like brownies and baked goods are ok. I would rather travel further for a better sandwich. Fresh bread is very important! read more

Camping in NH this weekend and it rained all weekend. So we decided for lunch to grab pizza for the kids. Excellent choice. Two large pizza's one cheese and one bacon and mushroom. Service was great. Pizza was delicious. And the owner gave us a complimentary homemade brownie to share on way back to camp. read more

So just a few complaints. 1) I had to call 75 times in order to order some food as the number kept dropping and saying "Verizon wireless is busy" that isn't an exaggeration, it was exactly 75 times. 2) when my partner arrived to get our food, he was told "oh we forgot some things, and you need to wait." With 3 small children in the car who were not happy as to the delay. We enjoy the pizza but ordering and pickup is always exceedingly difficult read more

Stopped by for the first time today. Great subs! Super fresh bread, fresh ingredients. My wife's chicken parm sub was a 10 and my steak sub was a 9, only because it could've used a bit more steak. Next time, we'll try their pizza. Overall highly recommended! read more

I grew up in New Boston and went to New Boston Pizza many times as a kid. I don't live here anymore, but we usually get New Boston Pizza each time I visit. It has really improved since I had it last. Got two large pizzas and the antipasto salad tonight and everything was excellent. The pizza crust was chewy, but not too puffy and there was just the right amount of sauce and cheese on top. The antipasto salad had lots of meat and cheese as well as olives, pepperoncini, lettuce, and tomatoes. The Italian dressing for the salad was good, too. A great meal!! read more

Always excellent service and good food, and almost always sooner than anticipated. I'd recommend this to anyone in the mood for pizza or subs. This is the second review I've posted for this restaurant. Sadly, it's gone downhill the last few years. The pizza has gotten skimpier and skimpier -- thin, limp crust, very sparse with the toppings and sauce (which doesn't taste as good) but still fairly expensive. We've stopped going there -- it simply isn't worth it any more. read more

Fresh tasting and always ready on time. The large pizza is smaller than other local large pizzas, but not by a lot. This is really good pizza and the staff is always friendly. Eating in is also a good option. You must try the chocolate brownies. read more

Have ordered from this restaurant 100 times and have only had a few complaints. Every time I have had a complaint the owner himself apologized and offered me something free of charge. The buffalo chicken tender meal is my favorite and never gets old. The cold subs and sandwiches are also a strength for the restaurant. The only alternative in town would be Doge's Store and the deli there cant compete with New Boston Pizza. I strongly recommend New Boston Pizza. read more

Okay, yesterday we stopped by to try them out and order a pizza and two sub sandwiches. We ordered a roast beef sub with tomato and mayo and a ham and provolone cheese sub with lettuce, tomatoes and onion, pickles and oil only and one large cheese pizza to go. Okay, so we get home like twenty minutes later. The cheese pizza is very good, not greasy and very tasty. Better than Billy's Pizza in Merrimack (which is always very greasy) but good, and better than Pizza peddlers in Peterborough, though they do have good pizza too. We both agreed that the Pizza was very good. Her sub was good, she had no complaints. But I, on the other hand, have searched for the best ham and cheese sub since Milford house of pizza used to make the best subs back in the seventies. And Bravos did them well for a while but when they start getting lazy and don't dice up the vegetables anymore there's a problem. Yes, I could take the subs home and take the vegetables out and dice them and put them back in but should I really have to do that? And if I was to ask them to do it who knows what else I may be eating, no thanks! So to get to my Ham & Cheese sub with lettuce, tomato pickles, and white onions. Most sub shops use cooked ham as you can buy at the store, but this ham was the kind that is round like a roll and you have the skin that you can either eat or pull off. I never liked that type of meat. So I would frown on the ham and the lettuce was the dark green top of the lettuce so it was sort of wilted and really dark green. Not good and they skipped on the oil. I'm really not sure if they even put any on it, if it wasn't for a few drops on the paper they wrapped it in. But I must say one good thing about the sub sandwich was that the tomato, pickles, and onion were diced which is how they should be but the lettuce should be shredded which the Pizza peddler is the only place I've had a sub that actually shreds the lettuce still. They are in Peterborough and they are still number one for their ham and cheese subs! They only way they could make them better is if they would dice up their tomatoes, pickles, and onions. So they win so far and I will continue my search for the best ham & cheese sub sandwiches and pizza. read more
