Ralston Red was a carmamelly darker Irish type beer. The Blue Lights was lighter beer with a hint of blueberry. I actually liked the Blue Lights better, but I prefer lighter beers typically. My husband had the Old Fashioned made with Hayden Basil. I tasted it, and it had a good balance of bourbon and orange flavor. For food we ordered the chicken fried mozzarella as a starter. This is 2 HUGE triangles of breaded mozzarella cheese. And you get a large marinara sauce to dip them in. I would have liked the sauce to have been warm and not cold but not a total turn off. The first time we went and ordered the garlic knots. I also recommend those. For pizza we ordered The Gateway Trailer Park without onions. This pizza had a TON of toppings and the cheese pull was like out of The Goofy Movie like others have commented (iykyk).
