Compared to an NY style pizza there is 2.5-3.0 times the amount of cheese on this pizza. The cheese is the "writer, director & actor" with everything else a bit part. The weight of the cheese is so much that it gives way to the need to cut the pizza in a grid of 3x3 inch squares instead of the standard 8 triangles because it weighs so much relatively speaking. This is Minnesota style pizza at its best. If you like it you will love it.

We received a box with a pizza in it. The pizza box was an ingenious style I've never seen before that matches closed and then opens out flat. It's hot and tastes good.
