Detroit pizza is the best pizza--fight me! I go here for a carryout lunch whenever I'm up in the area, which is a lot. Two squares of tasty pizza and a bottle of pop for $7. Quick and friendly service--just a few minutes to get it and go. And they don't skimp on the ingredients. Lots of cheese and pepperoni, tangy sauce, all on top of the crispy thick crust with the crunchy edges. I don't know how they can sell this for 7 bucks, but why would anyone pay the same or more for a sad little burger at McD's when you can have this! read more

Simply love their pizza! But the reason I'm giving them a 5 star review is because last week I ordered a pizza and wanted it with sausage on only half, but it came with it on the whole pizza. No worries I thought, kids can just pick it off. Then while I'm getting my kids situated, I get a call from a number that I don't know and let it go to voicemail. After dinner I check my message and it's James the manager from the Blaine location, calling me that they messed up my order, they are extremely sorry for this, and want to make it right for me. The dude taking the order and the delivery guy were both friendly and the pizza itself was very good! I really, truly hate to call out any business, especially during the ongoing tough times...but I just can't ignore the situation I faced tonight. At 5:30pm, I ordered $60 worth of pizza from Jet's in Blaine. Weirdly enough, although I live in Andover, Blaine is our store, per their website and the last 6 years of ordering pizza from them. The promised delivery time was 6:11pm, which I felt at the time was ambitious, but ok, good on them! At 7pm, I called the first time. I was told that the pizzas were sitting there, waiting on a driver to come back to the store to deliver them. Cool. At 8pm, I called again and was told I canceled the order. Excuse me? After a short discussion, the kid on the phone went to check with the manager and was told that the manager misunderstood and voided the order after the first call. Um.... But then the kid said they could redo the order and have it to us in 45 mins. But it would cost us an extra $5 because we weren't in the delivery area. Well, after another discussion, I was told we would have our pizzas at the original price (I feel there should have been a discount at this point) in 45 mins. It is now 9:45pm, one hour after the delivery was re-promised. Jet's in Blaine is dead to me. I can't even tell you how much I have spent there over the years. read more

I made a stop awhile ago, since I just wanted a good lunch special on the way to work. When I walked in I was unsure if I had the time, since they might be really busy. What added to my surprise was that there was that I was able to walk right up and order without any waiting. I liked the different varieties for lunch, that I could order. Like a calzone for $6, or a one topping pizza for $11, or even two slices and a soda for like $5 or $6. I opted for the 2 slice meal, since I only had time for that, and it's a good way, to try their pizza for cheap. I got one slice of pepperoni and one slice of sausage. It was truly a good deal. Of course they offered to warm up my slices, which was a good idea, as that they were fresh. When I did have a slice later it was so filling that it made for a small lunch. I liked how when my pepperoni slice was warmed up, it almost seemed to sizzle, and really smelled fresh. I mean the ingredients also tasted fresh as well, that it was not only piping hot, but that I could taste the pepperoni and other flavors as well. Who knows it might be a good photo for somebody's personal wall on social media, especially with the pizza as the main event. Of course with the two slices, it is always good to share with a family member or a friend as well. It would be so good to go back, since the employees were super cool to begin with. read more

Great pizza! Specials are always a good deal. Have never had a bad or even slightly negative experience here, one time we even ordered 15 minutes before they closed and they were still polite and didn't seem irritated with our late order at all. In fact, we got a discount on the pizzaand ended up with two larges because they had run out of the box for the XL. I am a thin crust lover, but this deep dish is serioisly amazing! I've never even tried their thin crust because it's so good. Toppings are always fresh, and the pizza reheats well the next day. read more

I am a huge fan of Jet's Pizza, and was very excited to see this location open nearby. However, I was shocked when they tried to talk me out of my order into a different pizza by telling me the other one was better. I don't think telling people one of your items isn't. Rey good will fair well for business. Also, you cannot order online here, that makes me order from other places more because sometimes I just don't want to talk to someone. read more

First time having it, husband pre ordered and picked it up, however it sat there for a half hour before they realized it was ready. He brought it home and I had to re-heat it. Disappointing. Ordered over the phone and delivery time was 45 min. After an hour and 10 minutes. I called and was told that they became busy and their employee quoted me the incorrect time. There was no customer service and I was just told that the driver was out with the deliveries on the road. After an hour and twenty minutes it finally arrived. This was only my 2nd time ordering Jets in the past 2 years and will not be at the top of my list to order again. Also, this was just a random Tuesday evening with no notable sports (draft, Super Bowl), etc.) or any reasonable reason to expect a significant increase in delivery times. Horrible horrible customer service! I ordered delivery and the food arrived over an hour late. (Understandable if they were backed up with orders) However the order was wrong so I called to see if they would send the pizza I had ordered in the first place and the girl on the phone was absolutely horrible and rude. I was asking about getting my original order and she had an attitude and hung up on me. Called back at around 9pm to check again, they said should be the leaving the store now. I cancelled the order and they said it should take!3-5' business to get the money back. I unfortunately I can not rate this with no stars otherwise I would. As the 16 of us sit here in agonizing hunger from our food order not being placed. Of the 16, 6 are kids under the age of 7. We placed a $95 order and after an hour of fending off hungry kids, and adults, we called the store to find out what was going on and where our pizza order was. After briefly speaking with a half witted person who was so confused he had to hand us off to his manager we got the excuse that computer system was messed up and that the online system wasn't working which would make perfect sense if not for the fact we had spent 15 mins on the phone PLACING the order over an hour earlier. The manager notified us that the order was never placed and that he would gladly get it started and finish our order and get it out to us. With 15 other people sitting in front of me and hearing this conversation I happily told the manager that I'd like to cancel my order and that we'll go elsewhere. So if there is any bit of advice I can give someone thinking about ordering from this establishment is, don't, just don't waste your time. Cheers! read more

Ordered at 4:30 and was told it would be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later it still wasn't here. Called to cancel the order because my wife had to leave for work soon and we were told it was already on the way and would be here within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my wife had to leave for work (without dinner) and I again called to cancel. Was only offered an excuse that they were short handed. They finally canceled the order for me.Terrible customer service and would not recommend. read more
