Ordered a pizza from here over an hour before they closed since I'm pregnant and got super hungry. Not only did they decide to not up date my pizza tracker till after i left the store with they also gave me an old pizza. I wish I took pictures before i gave it back to them but it looked horrible. After the worker argued that the pizza wasn't old I said "whatever can u make me a new one" he said NO!! Bc they were closed at 11. I asked why does everything say yall are open till 12 then his reply was that "pre covid times". All I got was my order cancelled and now having to search for another place to eat which wouldn't be a big deal except I'm in my third trimester and very hungry. For a franchise this is unacceptable, if you mess up and hand out old food the minimum u can do is fix it not be half ass. We use this location at minimum 2x per week and usually more. Prior to my experience today, my review would be higher. However, I went online and ordered multiple orders for pizza (testing the rewards thing and seeing if I could get more per order, turns out it does not work that way. Noted.) and pre ordered 10 pizzas for my daughters birthday party with pick up at 11:30am on Saturday. I purposely ordered early because the stress of an 8 year old Birthday on the day of...well, it's a lot. Turns out your employee Tom didn't quite understand the importance of having these pizzas in my hand for a very hungry group of kids and parents. Tom felt that my order seemed "fishy" and refused to make it. Tom did call me and and left a voicemail, however, I was nowhere near my phone while setting up and hosting a party. The online order confirmation said everything. Would be ready by 11:45. As I am driving to dominos, I listened to Toms voicemail and to my dismay, it was a voicemail refusing to make my order. I called back instantly stating I am on my way, he explained it would be another 15-20 mins and went into some speech about my order and how he called...nothing that mattered to me upon hearing he had the audacity to cancel my order I purposely made early so everything would follow a proper timeline. We hang up and moments later, Tom again. He cancelled my order so he doesn't know what pizzas to make me. I lost it. This "Tom" should not be the voice or face of your establishment. He not only cost you a large order today but has completely had your location lose a very frequent loyal client. I hope that you replace Tom with someone who actually follows directions and understands that orders placed ahead of time are there for a reason. My daughters birthday was saved by Little Caesars and my excellent customer service received by them. Not you. Not Tom. Shame on you for this. Anyone reading this, go elsewhere. I ordered extra cheese, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. Got home and opened the box to cheese only pizza. Called Dominos to get a refund and employee said I just ordered a cheese pizza and would not refund my money. I will NEVER order from Dominos again. If I could give them a zero, I would. Never had any complaints. The pizza was great every single time. Workers seem quite polite as well.

This is literally the worst pizza experience ever. The shift manager "Zach" if that's even who it was, was no help at all. The employee that first took our order somehow never place it leaving us waiting an hour with still no pizza. When we called back to check on the time they said they never had our order. We offered multiple times to pick up our order rather then delivered which left us with a hang up instead of an answer. Now going on three hours still no pizza read more

Ordered a veggie, no cheese pizza. Arrived fast, loaded with fresh veg, and yummy. Works for me.

The pizza here is gross. It's dry and usually cold. The only good thing about it is that it's usually delivered within a decent time. I'll stick with Papa John's. read more

Called to place an order for 2 pizzas at 10:58, they told us we could only do delivery which was fine and it would be about 30-45 minutes. An hour later we call & they tell us our order was never placed, the same girl who answered the phone telling us this had taken our order. We ask if we could pick it up, she tells us no and hangs up the phone. We call back, ask to speak to a manager who said his name was Zack. He was extremely rude & careless, we asked for the employees name who hung up on us so we could leave a review & he tried to tell us no one else was in the building except him yet an employee handed him the phone for us. We reorder our food & he tells us another 45 minutes. We call back to see if someone else would pick up the phone due to him saying he was the only one there & an employee picks up the phone, we ask to speak to a manager & she tries to tell us they have no manager, so we ask for Zack directly & she brings him the phone finally & he tries to say she was off the clock & just walked into the building as she was getting to leave. If I could give less than one star i would, rude staff & incredibly unprofessional, the manager is horrible with no professionalism & would rather lie to his customers than own up to his own stores mistakes. read more

Unfortunately i had a horrible experience where the driver had a tire blow out and it took him over 1hr to deliver a pizza 5 minutes away from the restaurant, and when i asked him if i should ask for a discount, even thought the friendly driver said "I would" when we called his manager while on speakerphone he told his driver "give that A hole a discount for the pizza", needless to say i told the driver i didnt want the pizza any longer and I have since never dealt with them, their pizza was ok, but with the poor customer service i do believe ther are enough choices to never go back to these guys. read more

Love the 'Make your Own' option and today I got them for $5.off. I order the thin crust(it's better than the others) I get it with pepperoni, Italian sausages, black slice olives (for the diet..lol) and Double cheese (off the diet...smh) Great service, fast and TASTE GOOD. Same commercial grade pizza. Sorry I'm a pizza snob. Can't touch my NYC pizza but, I will always enjoy a nice Dominos Pie.
