Absolutely never again. These people are incompetent at best. Especially the horrible, smart a$$ of a manager, Aimee. There's absolutely no wonder why there's ALWAYS a "Hiring" sign in the window here. Ordered two pizzas. App says ready, so I go in to pick it up. The "manager" Aimee states it's a "car side delivery and it's not ready." Ah. There's good news. Now I must wait longer for that special moment, you decide to travel at half the speed of smell, to bring my order to me. I explain the app says ready, and she responds, "the app doesn't control the humans." Yea, no schit Sherlock. The humans control the app, hence you made it say ready, in order to prevent it going over the allotted time, because your obnoxious self entitlement is preventing you from acting like a rational human. To boot, we get home and one of the pizzas is half cut. Literally a half of it had no cut. Shocker, considering everything here was half A$$. At least that's fitting. I'll be calling corporate about this half wit, and we will never spend another dime at this rotting corpse of a location. Been too many years of failure on display at this place. read more

Awful service for delivery today. Asked for contact less . Driver left pizza on the porch didnt bother to knock. I open the door and flies are crawling in the box I threw the pizza away text updates not working and tracker did not work kept saying driver on the way when really food was already here . I tipped this dude Jamarcus $5 n my online order. That was more than 20% Every other driver will actually stay there until pick up my order off the porch. I am Trying to help keep them safe . I don't expect this dude to stay but at least knock or make sure the text is sent or tracker is on. Very disappointed I have 100% always had a good experience here and i order every week The manager Daniel tried to help out and I appreciate his concern. I just was not wanting these folks to touch my food again . People are very vindictive. Disappointed they would not refund me offered a store credit . I asked them to have the driver bring my tip back .... This is the worst Domino's Pizza I have ever gone to. The most rude employees. They made my pizza wrong then treated me like it was my fault the couldn't read the order. The girl I'm guessing was a shift supervisor or manager talked-about me to her employees and yelled at me at the counter because they messed up the order. She offered to remake the pizza and stood there talking about me while making the crust to the other employees and people in the lobby having to hear it also to the point that I walked out. Good pizza and prompt service, but do not pay extra for extra toppings. I've gotten the cheeseburger pizza four or five times, asked for double ground beef. Got the same as regular. Next purchase asked for triple ground beef. Got the same amount as regular order. Not sure what it takes to increase the amount of ingredients on the pizza? read more

Worst customer service ever !!! The person behind the register was nice but clueless , but the manager was just a jerk. Instead of trying to accommodate what I was asking ( which was simply adding some ingredients) , he said that you can only remove ingredients but not add them. That makes absolutely no sense !! Just don't ever eat here....Trust me. The chicken wings were a soggy mess with sauce and cheese melted on them. It seemed as though someone was drunk and just threw anything on everything. Well, Domino's had a good week with us. They almost managed a 5 star rating for Friday's carryout. My double bacon & mushroom pizza was great, and was done just as I had requested. The wife's spinach, mushroom & feta was also very good. All was well with the pizzas, but I also ordered some of their brownies on a whim. Bad choice. They were scorched all the way around the outside, rendering about half of them inedible. And that's how you manage to *not* get a 5 star review folks. read more

Pizza's pretty good but I ordered the hot wings tonight for a change and those things were nasty. Breaded, appeared to be cooked in a pressure cooker, not one hint of crispness because they were delivered to the door swimming in a pool of butter. It is a shame that the corporate office will not help them with a working website to reflect their delivery area. Even though they actually deliver, the website MAKES me order it as a carryout. The people at the store are great and I am a fan of the food, they suggested that I write corporate, which I did. Here is their reply... "We understand that you are able to order Domino's Pizza from a store by phone but are unable to order via online ordering from Dominos.com. Each store has a contractual delivery and service area and the online ordering system is required to follow the contracts that are in place. We found that your address is not within the official designated delivery and service area of store #5794 in Perry. We do apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for being a loyal Domino's customer! Your business is very important to us and we sincerely hope you allow us to serve you as a carry out customer in the future." (Note: No Domino's store is closer to me. Poppa John's and Marco's Pizza are each within 0.5 miles of the same distance as Domino's and both allow me to order for a delivery online.)
