Next I got 2 customized Sicilian slices, I do love Sicilian the crust seems to be different in both taste and texture. There almost seems to be a subtle sweetness. They come with pepperoni, I opted for double pepperoni and meatball as well as black olives Nd extra cheese. That one was really good. The second one was traditional with just extra cheese and fresh garlic, not as good as the first slice but still good. I will say that one thing I got that stood out was they're Garlic Sauce. Unlike other places that use a whole bunch of salted butter and nothing real flavor, (dominoes(I do love their garlic sauce)). Marcels garlic sauce is simple, real unsalted butter and real raw garlic, super fresh tasting, best taste out there.

I've made the dish before and the prep work is very labor intensive; browning chicken, chopping all the veggies, making the sauce. It was sheer perfection, chicken so tender, falling off the bone, in a fabulous sauce, served over home made bow tie pasta. We are so lucky to have a restaurant of this high caliber so close by. O and by the way, the apple pie is not to be missed, like grandma used to make! I'm on a sugar fast, but always fall off the wagon when apple pie is on the menu, I have not tasted a better apple pie in all the world and I have tasted a lot! The baker has a secret recipe--glad she doesn't share it or I would be making it every day! Bon appetite!
