Only been through twice, got a pizza to go both times, but the crew was great and the food fresh. What more would you need?

We get this Dominos as our main pizza place at the moment, since the deals are amazing. I love to go here. I haven't had anything other than pizza and the cinnamon bread knots. I never was a fan of any Dominos sandwiches, chicken tenders, etc. since the portions have always been pretty bad for the price. I can say, the pizza is very consistent with other good dominos I've been to in other states. Which is great! I know I'm getting a good pizza without worrying about it. I don't enjoy playing good food roulette when we order, and hoping it just happens to be good. The small amount of time spent interacting with employees hasn't been bad. They've been very pleasant each time. I haven't gone into the restaurant itself, so I can't speak on the cleanliness inside or any of that. Overall this Dominos is worth a go if you're getting the pizza. Again, no matter the Dominos, not a fan of the other items and their prices. We do car-side pickup. Keep up the good work!! read more

This location has really gone down hill. I have ordered often for work events, and a couple of weeks ago, I made a large pre-order for an event. The delivery never came...3 phone calls and 1 got, 35 minutes later, I went to see what was going on, and the staff was belligerent, accused me of "yelling at him" went I said that I wanted a refunded, slammed my (ice cold) order in my hands, and told me to have a "nice f-ing day". I tried to call the management later-there was no answer. I called corporate, who endured that the franchise owner would reach out--nothing. Long story short, the food was bad, but the service was the reason that neither I, or the rest of my company will ever eat there again. read more

As I travel around the country, I exclusively eat dominoes. I've eaten at prestigious locations including Paduca KY, Lumberyon NC, and Lomira WI, and I have to say this Dominos is exceptional. Dale at the counter made this experience special from the moment I walked through the door. You can tell that Dominos wasn't just a job for him, it's a point of pride. He pointed out the daily special of not one, not two, but THREE free toppings for $7.99! You can't beat that. From now on, I'm going to make this a regular stop on my trips to Canada. read more

The first few weeks were rough, previous visits found them loudly swearing when they messed up and not being very professional in the kitchen with their behavior. Delivery times were slow. Now their delivery times are acceptable and the workers in the kitchen seem better behaved. I like the product but only with hand-tossed dough and marinara sauce, not their standard "hearty tomato" sauce. The restaurant itself is self-service if you eat-in but it is clean and comfortable. Mystifying to me is why they do not have any condiments or sauces available for sandwiches beyond their pre-packaged dipping sauces. If I order a steak and cheese, I want mayo. If I want a ham sub, I want mustard. Those things are not available here, and it's very discouraging. Best thing in my mind about Dominos is their iPhone app. I've got it setup with my home and work addresses and a credit card, so ordering in a 30-second affair with very little input required. The tracker allows you to see when your pizza hits the road. Ok overall but needs to make sure the staff stays professional, and get some condiments available. read more

I really wanted to write a positive review and continue to support a local business, but I just can't after tonight. It's not for lack of trying though. I've ordered food. I've waited. And waited. And waited. And tonight I had to cancel my order after waiting over an hour since my order was going to sit there for another half hour while it waited for a delivery person. Again. Dominos of Presque Isle, please hire some help or do something to manage your business. The food is ok when I can get it, but more often than not lately that seems impossible. read more

Reviews are overly harsh, and I think I know why... There's a reason most places don't deliver around here...it's too rural! Domino's may be guilty of trying too hard (providing delivery to Mapleton?). 7.5 miles out on the State Rd. is almost Washburn. You folks chose to live in the country. Also, never go to a restaurant in its first few weeks of existence. If you do, never EVER review it. Your opinion stays on yelp forever, and has little to do with the place's quality 6 months in. All that being said, we have had consistent good food and service when eating in or taking out. And then a movie across the street after! A great date night go-to. read more

I ordered a pizza from Dominos two days ago. When I walked in to pick up my pizza, the lady behind the counter was working on breadsticks. She was on the other side of the glass but never acknowledged me once the entire time I was waiting, including the three times she walked right in front of me. Not once did she ask if she could help me, smile, ask my name to see if my order was done, or even look at me. After a couple minutes another worker walked in, same thing, didn't even look at me. I finally told him, I'd like my pizza before it's too cold to eat. He finally asked me who I was. When I told him, he said my pizza wasn't ready. I told him the board said it was. He said it wasn't his fault the board said it was ready and walked away. A couple seconds later he comes over and gives me my pizza. I pay and leave. The entire time I was either ignored or glared at, and it was not that the place was busy. I was the only person in line and there were only two customers at tables eating their pizza. I will never eat from Domino's again, the customer service was the worst I had ever seen in my life. read more

I had never had a dominos pizza, so being in Presque Isle tonight, decided to give it s try. I entered the store and walked over to the counter. There were three people in front of me and two received their order shortly, and left. The third person was waiting for a takeout pizza, which was provided to him within a couple of minutes. I waited at the counter to order. One person was working pizza doe next to the counter, and a second person was beside him, but I am not sure what he was doing. A female was behind acounter type equipment, and the pizza oven was to her left. I waited there longer than I thought I should to order, or even to be acknowledged. When the lady brought the pizza for the costumer in front of me, she looked at me and went back to her work area. Perhaps the person who takes orders was in the bathroom, which would have been ok, but at least they could have said, "it's going to be a few minutes before we can take your order. I have a feeling that the owner was not in the store, and if he/she was, s cannot imagine them being in business a year from now.. I want to support businesses in Houlton so that they will stay in the community. Sadly, I can't support this business. I have only ordered from this business twice, and both times it has been a disaster. They promise "hot and fresh" pizza, but they don't deliver it. The first time I ordered a vegetarian pizza, it came a half hour later, cold with gummy cheese on it. I called and complained, and the employee told me that they had a "lot of orders to deliver." SO? That is how you make your money! I got a refund and decided to give them another try. Again, on a Saturday night, I used the app to order a vegetarian pizza to be here at 5:30. No pizza then. No pizza at 5:45 p.m. I called and asked where my food was, and got this man who told me he only had one driver. AND? So, they had not even STARTED on my pizza! He told me I wouldn't get it until 6:30 p.m. at the earliest! Upset, I asked them what was going on, why both times I'd tried their business I got such terrible service. He offered me a coupon. I accepted. I waited for five minutes. It turned out he didn't KNOW how to offer the customer a coupon! Unbelievable. Just insane. I demanded a refund. And the pizza. I wanted that pizza. I had people to serve. It finally came at 6:45 p.m. Never again. NEVER, ever again. read more

Fantastic restaurant, even though we have so many pizza places in town I'm most likely to go to this one then any other one. Their pizza is filling, and delicious. They have some fantastic pizza and dessert deals. A friendly environment with a friendly staff. I will be returning to this location quite often now. Very pleased. read more

Although there are many pizza places in town, I think Dominos will be the one we use the most. I love the app that you can use to order and track your food. The courtesy call about an item of my order was unexpected and welcomed. The staff is friendly and the food is great. read more
