#38-2021 so I ended up over in Princeton West Virginia little further back over the weekend first week of March with some coolant issues come to find out the reason the truck was losing so much coolant was the water pump was failing.. finally got it all done was hungry spent the whole day in the shop while they finished it up but found Domino's so they delivered was able to stay in the parking lot for a while after they locked up the gate the other parking lot. so call down there put my order in for a small hand tossed sausage pizza and a diet Coke. ask her for the total and she said it'd be about 20 minutes or so. sure enough about 20 minutes later here came a nice piping hot pizza and the quality was really good and this location here I definitely recommend it's like any lot of Domino's this one is definitely a little bit above so it gets the better of the star. read more

Pizza very greasy have ordered twice while here in Princeton never again had delivery so when pizza arrived there was so much grease on top of the pizza that I had to take a paper towel and press down on the pizza to try to remove the grease, will never order again from Domino's read more

So I ordered Dominos via online tonight. 30 something dollars worth. As I was waiting for the order, and saw the track er say Reviewing order and receive a phone call from the delivery driver notifying me they have no classic salads but can substitute a chicken ceaser salad which is pretty much the same. I first told him it isn't the same and secondly why the manager didn't contact me prior to the order being prepared? He said he didn't know and then I spoke with Jordan, the manager. I asked him why I wasn't informed about having no ceaser salads prior to preparing my order, and he replied, "I do my job well." Which I replied, Obviously not if you knew there were no more pre packaged classic salads and you had yourin delivery driver call and break the news after you already prepared my order. I cancelled my order because of the inflection and tone of his voice and his lack of responsibility. read more

Unfortunately the staff here is unwilling to do anything to correct mistakes. I ordered a $20 meal deal and a medium 2 topping pizza for $8, it should come to $28 before tax, right? I was charged almost $40 and when I pointed it out to them, 2 employees and the manager, I was told that they charged me $8 extra for a topping. Nothing about the transaction made sense and when I asked them multiple times if there was anything they could do to make it right, all of them said no. I'm amazed that they didn't credit back the $8 they over charged me or offer a discount for next time or anything. Sadly, there won't be a next time for me. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me and this utter lack of empathy from the employees is reason enough for me to never get Domino's pizza again, from any location. read more

Im not the review type of person but my experience tonight was so bad I would like to share. I placed an order at 9:12 pm, and it says it will be delivered in app. 13-23 minutes. After waiting over an hour (and still no progress on the tracker) I decide to call the store. There was never an answer and I was put on hold by the automated system where I was ignored for 10 minutes. After this I decide to drive to the store to get a refund. I arrive at the store and nobody is present. The lights are on inside, no cars, and doors are locked up. I knock on door and even look into side door where kitchen is and nobody is there. The sign on the door clearly says 10am-12am as the store hours. I was charged on my credit card for the pizza when no one was even at the store or making it. This makes me never want to do business with your company ever again. Its a shame that i cant give you lower than one star. read more
