My favorite pizza in the whole world is the Domino's Pizza located at 10601 Jefferson Hwy, Suite A, in River Ridge, La. 70123. I've been going there for years. The food there is ALWAYS delicious. I get the Pizza with pepperoni & Italian sausage and the Pepperoni stuffed Cheesy Bread. I suggest going on a Sunday. I always go on a Sunday. There is a very nice husband-wife couple who work there that are super nice, super friendly and that makes the experience that much better. read more

Domino's isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still one of the better options for delivery in my area. The pan pizza is delicious as long as they put cheese on the entire thing. It's hit or miss though. I've tried the chicken carbonara pasta a couple of times, but I don't think I'll order it again. They're super stingy with the alfredo sauce and there was barely any chicken in it. For $7, it's a total waste. I actually had to add more seasoning and cheese to make it edible. One plus is that the delivery drivers are always so nice and professional. That's the main reason I continue to order from here. read more

They take ridiculously long to deliver, drivers will "complete" the order before actually getting it to you so you don't get a free pizza cause they're lazy. Frequently get wrong toppings. Frequently get cold pizza. NEVER order from here and if you do NEVER give electronic tip because you CANNOT get it back. Also writing this cause my driver left the store an hour ago and has been seemingly driving around until they close so I'm sure I'm not getting this pizza. read more

I placed an online order for delivery when the driver arrived she called to make sure someone was outside. She then called once she delivered the order to my daughter and asked for a tip. "I paid online" she said it was ok she can electronically process it again. I found it strange and called the store. A guy answered and refused to give his name. Another favorite food spot of mine. I am a huge advocate of those delicious baked wings. They are always sauced perfectly. I alternate between the hot wings and the BBQ wings depending on my mood. I also really enjoy the bread bowl pastas. The only issue I do have with this location would be the actual pizza itself. I always have to put my pizza back in the oven at home. The cheese is always really heavy and never cooked long enough. The cheese and toppings just slide right off the dough unless its put back in the oven, so just a tip if you aren't a fan of that, then I would order your pizza well done.Still a fan of this location because its never really packed and the employees are always helpful and friendly! read more

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with two ranch cups. The pepperoni pizza came like this, barely any cheese, mostly bread. There were a few olives on the pizza, they are off to the side in the upper left. The ranch cups did not come either. Called store and they said the pizza would be re-done and sent out with the ranches. It's been almost an hour. Said our driver had pulled up but 20 minutes later not here yet,after 20 minutes of sitting there after quality check. We are a block away no kidding. Idk what the issue is but something needs to be fixed.not only that I paid for a marinara sauce that I didn't get , called store 3 times no answer waiting 3 minutes at least each call. I believe a sauce should come with the bread bites but you have to pay for it then not receive it. Horrible, I wish I didn't tip first. No more dominoes for me. i was attempting to order a pizza from Jefferson Ave in River Ridge, LA. over the phone. OMG! It was the WORST Experience in my life! First I got a girl that sounded like was out of our country that i could hardly understand. then there is a new way of paying for your pizza over the phone by debit card. The representative transfers you to another number for me to type in my card information. i typed it all in and a recording tells me it's an incorrect number. i figured out why...when you 1st call to place your order you have to choose #1. that #1 does NOT go away, so when you type your card number in that #1 is there causing it to be an incorrect number. and we can NOT make corrections at all to the numbers entered. i hung up and called back. I got the same foreigner girl . I tried asking her how we can correct the card number. She kept stopping me and wanting my order. I kept asking her over and over again about changing getting rid of that #1. She had me so stressed out that i will NEVER order ANYTHING from ANY Dominos pizza Again. You can NOT ORDER OVER THE PHONE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD due to faulty system. Good luck people. I quit Dominos pizza!! Oh! Ordered the pizza online. Order arrived with the wrong soda ordered and paid for 3 dipping sauces for the chicken and only received the free one. Didn't think the order was too complexed, but I guess it was. Update: after writing my initial review, Dominos contacted me within 8 hours of my review. They heard my experience and gave me credit for my initial order. It's nice to see a company take their customers seriously and make the wrong things right. My hats off to you Dominos! read more

Told me that he not going to let his driver bring my pizza bc it didn't have a number or apt number on it which it did and I also talked to another manager who told me he was gone fix it and still did nothing to help all they gave me was refund and very bad service would wouldn't recommend there pizza to anybody anyways they always come either cold or just threw together. read more

They have the open sign on but have the door locked. We tried to call and bang on the door but was ignored. Then we waited in the drive through but was ignored. I ordered from this place online. I received an email with confirmation. Said pizza would be delivered between 30 to 40 minutes, when order did arrive I called them . Told them I didn't receive my pizza the man in the give me my address and told me they don't deliver in my neighborhood after 5 o'clock and I asked him why didn't they notify me he said he called and I told him I had not received the phone call why would I be calling asking where my pizza was if they had called I do not like lies and I will never order from this place again this was the first and last time and they didn't refund me my money. read more

I would rate it negative 5 stars if I could. Placed an order for sandwich and pasta. Took for ever to get to me and I live less than a 1/2 mile from the store. Next time I figured I'll give them another try. Ordered pizza after the online pizza tracker never moved after 45 minutes I called them to see where my pizza was. Hasn't left yet. I told them to cancel the order I don't want a cold pizza that I ordered an hour ago. Later the ice cold pizza was delivered to me. Didn't want it driver said just take it. The next day I decided to give them one last chance. What a mistake that was. The online pizza tracker showed it was in quality check for over twenty minutes. I call to ask about this told them after twenty minutes it has to be cold. Was told it won't be cold. They re-heated the pizza, the box was soaked with oil from re-heating and was still cold. The past few months this dominos has been going downhill. I have ordered here frequently for years and rarely had an issue. The past two times I came to this location, I had nothing but problems. On one occasion, I ordered pizza through the app and was there to pickup at the estimated time. I was notified by my app stating my order was ready so I paid through the drive through and waited for my pizza. After 20 mins of waiting in the drive thru, I backed up so the bell would alert them that I was still there. Still nothing. Finally, a woman came to the window asking if I was there to pickup. I told her that I paid over 20 mins ago and nobody came back to the window. She then she told me that the rest of the employees had left and she didn't realize there was anyone waiting for pizza. Mind you, it was about 2 pm. Then today I ordered pizza on the app as I always do, was alerted my order was ready. Went through the drive thru, paid for the order, and waited for 15 mins before having to go inside to see what was going on. My boyfriend went inside and was told that they were about to come let us know that the pizza will be finished in 6-8 mins because they had to re-make it. I'm not sure what the issue is but if this continues, I'm sure many customers will go elsewhere. read more
