I want to give this place 5 stars, it deserves it--when they're actually open?! This place has a…read moregreat atmosphere, the food is so fresh and made well. Everything we've tried (which is most of it) has been great...but catching this place open is HARD. The posted hours seem to mean nothing, you can just cross your finger and show up, maybe they'll be there, maybe not. No one answers the phone so you can't verify if they're open before driving to it, and they don't seem to update/respond on social media. I REALLY hope this place continues to grow and do well, but holy cow, open when you say you're gonna open!

Absolutely wonderful little place in downtown St. Clairsville. A true gem, and everything I've…read morewanted and needed. A little French-looking bistro with other styles such as Asian, American, English. It is family owned; the walls are covered in their daughter's art. Beautifully decorated. I've been told by a few regulars that all of their dishes are excellent and finally got to try it out today. The owner was at the counter when I arrived and was very personable and really quite honest as well. She took the time to learn my name, and used it as she showed me around since I told her it was my first time in. She was very funny. I got the quiche and spring salad and it was deeeeelicious. The salad was very fresh with homemade candied walnuts and a raspberry dressing. The crust-less quiche was light and fluffy, excellent flavor and not over-done. I got a cappuccino that was a cappuccino. I was hoping for an alternate milk but they were out which is fine; this is a small area and I feel that not a lot of people ask for almond / oat milk here. I also feel that if I became a regular they're make sure they had it. I say this because another coupled dined near me and I could tell the owner took constructive criticism well from them in the past because she asked if their coffees were better this time. She also offered to make some toasted nuts without sugar for the gentleman, who was on a sugar free diet. The benefits of a small local business. Before I left, I got a box of some different pastries to try. So far I have sample the coffee eclair and it was absolutely delicious. the shoe pastry was delicate, the moose inside had a wonderful, coffee flavor, and the icing on top added a sweetness and richness that I really enjoyed. I will definitely be back, I really enjoyed my experience here and the food was so good. We don't have anything else like this in Saint Clairsville and it was very refreshing.

I grew up on Wally's pizza in Cambridge and my eldest son's first solid food was their pizza crust…read more I am a die hard fan. I recently moved and have been trying to find a place that resembles what I grew up with. With that said, this is NOT it. I don't even think they try to serve good pizza. I've given them about 4 tries and only because I wanted it to be good. I needed it to be good. This location has served me reheated hard, dried out "pizza". Pizza that I've had leftovers for breakfast and lunch at the Cambridge location and it never tasted as bad as what I have received from this location, supposedly fresh. You really need to do better. The price you charge for pizza and you're reheating it trying to save money and that just cost you a would be loyal customer. I tried to chalk it up to being 4 pieces and not a 1/2 tray, but you guys don't even try to make a good half tray. The dough can't be fresh. If it was it definitely wouldn't be this terrible. I know Wally's pizza. I've been eating it since 1978. I'm so disappointed, but I think I've given enough chances. I won't be recommending this to anyone I know. We wasted an entire 1/2 tray tonight minus the piece we each tried to eat.

I stopped here for a quick lunch on a Sunday road trip because it was next to the gas station…read morewhere I filled up and I like supporting local restaurants instead of fast food chains when possible. Although it's attached to a gas station, it's not connected inside. It's a separate business. There isn't much to the place. But the menu board was cute and the service was fast and friendly. That, plus the fact that the other reviews make it clear the locals like it, warranted the 2nd star. How was the pizza? What are the words I'm looking for ... um ... not good. I've heard about Ohio Valley-style pizza and I think that's what this is. The crust had a nice crispness to it and the sauce wasn't too sweet (which is a common feature of pizza in other parts of Ohio). But the cheese was provolone, not mozzarella. And after they cooked it, they put more raw shredded provolone on top! That seems to be their thing - fresh cheese and toppings on top of the cooked pizza. And the pizza was terribly salty. I've had better frozen pizza from the supermarket, and if the cheese doesn't melt, I cook it longer. I should have known not to expect better pizza after living in Ohio for a couple decades. This is so close to the state line that I guess I forgot I was still in Ohio! The sign on the door says they're closed Sundays. I wish that had been true today!

I've had mostly good food previously from your establishment but the size and quality of your pepperoni rolls have gone to crap.
