He loved this one sandwich shop where he came from, and he said that Potbelly is better!" I doubt that anything can beat Capriotti's, but maybe there are selections at Potbelly that do. Yelling across the way seems to be the only way of communication that is understood because the register and entry way are about a mile apart. Some of the items are decent, but not worth dealing with the child-like behavior that comes with coming to get it. I was insulted by a worker tonight, I'm sorry I can't support this business anymore.
