The last time I ordered they gave me an incorrect pizza order, then the last three orders prior to my last order took 2.5 to 3 hours to be delivered. The manager (if it truly was the Manager) was rude and unprofessional. I contacted corporate through their app and via Facebook and never received a call back, I did have a Facebook response but no follow up on it. I have not ordered from this location in about half a year they lost my business. Glad I'm moving to FL hopefully the Dominos there will have a professional staff. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce online from the West Jefferson Dominos store. They arrived with zero sauce and I hate pizza without sauce. When I telephoned, an automated answer said my pizzas were out for delivery but I could hold on the line to speak to staff. When the staff answered eventually I explained my complaint. He couldn't find my order and said it must have been another store...despite the Yelp map and the forwarded call proving it was the West Jefferson store. He wanted ME (ME!!!) to call the other store. Ordered from this Dominoes twice as I live in the area. We like the drive thru pick up option. We track the status of our order online and leave to pick up when ready. The first time everything was ready on time. Today we saw our order was ready and when we arrived it was 20 minutes behind. I would recommend calling before you leave to pick up as the order status was wrong. Likely an employee cheating the status system. read more

I called to place an order with the Dominos on 5th St, they didn't get my name or number. They couldn't figure out what building I was, so they had no way to reach me. When I called to figure out where my order was, I spoke to a guy name John, he got an attitude with me over the phone when I was describing what my building was called and where exactly he could find it. Easily made my order online using the Domino's app. Added a tip and paid my bill. Text message let me know exactly when they began making my pizzas and the employee's name who was preparing it. I then received a text that my order was en route and the driver's name. Randall delivered my order and was extremely polite, thanked me for the tip. Great experience, good food. I'd give less of a star if possible. I didnt think it was possible to mess up a cheese pizza. However... it is. We ordered pizza. They said it would take 3 hours for delivery so we decided to pick up. Once we got back to our hotel, we realized they made us dough with sauce on it. Absolutely no cheese. We called and they were unwilling to refund or correct the situation. I asked for a manager they refused to get me a manager. I asked for the names of the persons working so I could report to the corporate office and they refused to give us names. Absolutely absurd. When I'm visiting I will order from somewhere else for sure. I suggest you all save yourself the trouble. I went to the location and the Manager Miles said there was nothing they could do except replace the cheese pizza. Never mind the fact it was 1am and we had to drive back across town to resolve an error they made. Then he reminded me that all calls are recorded. I hope they were because when I call corporate on Monday it will be easier to explain what happened here and how poorly this situation was handled. read more

As this is the only Domino's in town, this corporate store has a lot to lose and a lot to prove. As a frequent customer, I've never had anything but exemplary service. Sure, they've messed up the orders or forgot the sauce cups, but they've always countered with some measure of service recovery. This is my preferred pizza chain when hanging out in their delivery area. Can't trust the PJ's a few blocks down anymore as I have always gotten sick. Dedicated employees and always taking pride of their brand. The products definitely show their love. read more

Disappointed in the service and food tonight. I got a pizza that was partially raw. I called trying to have it fixed, and I was put n the phone with the manager. I told him the issue, and he said you can come get it. So I I asked if he could have it delivered since I was just there. I've got kids here so it's difficult to keep loading and unloading. He flat out said, "nope." Astounded, I asked if he was joking. He replied with a snarky reply, "I cut it, it's not raw." I just don't get how you could know if it was fully cooked or not. The store is supposidely allowing the workers to keep tips left on the credit cards now. New female manager is helping keep things on the up and up. I'd ask about the tip thing just to make sure or just leave cash tips. The workers are always courteous and the pizza is always fresh and hot. Did I mention they have a drive thru pick up window?! Everything about this Domino's is great! Easy online ordering, frequent specials, quick delivery, late-night delivery, and friendly drivers. Even Springfield has managed several really good pizza joints, but Domino's is nothing to scoff at. On Dec. 31st, at 12:18 am I ordered two pan mediums. The order tracker indicated almost immediately that the order had been processed, prepped, and put in to bake. At around 12:32, the tracker indicated that the order had been removed for "quality check". At 1:18 I called the store inquiring as to whether the order had been delivered. The store closes at 1:00 am and the individual, a female named "Justice" stated that "they're about to be delivered". Some minutes later, the tracker switched and indicated the delivery had been initiated. At 1:33 am, an hour after they had been removed for "quality check", the driver knocks on the door. He offered no explanation as to why they had been out of the oven for an hour and it had been 45 minutes or so before they went from oven to delivery. When we opened the boxes, while the cheese was melted, the toppings were correct and plentiful, the dough on both items was not fully baked. The pizzas were barely warm. This store used to be spot on, prompt, and of good quality. It isn't anymore. Think twice about your purchase. Buyer beware. read more

This was a very very very POOR poor example of customer service. I ordered a pizza, to work, might I add working a 12 hour shift at a hospital. And my co-worker forgot his cash. Which we had agreed to pay with. After the delivery guy came, we called the store and told them that we'd pay with a credit card. They took the credit card info and all was set. THEN WE FOUND OUT THAT THE DELIVERY GUY HAD AN "ATTITUDE" and was sad so "to get back at us" for waiting, he sold our pizza and cinnamon sticks to some random person waiting in the Emergency room. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... This is outright insane. 1. We were not notified. 2. Why did they take and charge my card. 3. After I called back to place another order, the manager lied and acted like we didn't JUST call in and pay with a credit card. I'll never order from them again, mark my words. Horrible customer service. John "the MANAGER" has no respect for his customers. I ordered at 11:30pm. They close at 2am. Didn't get my order till 12:45am. Estimated time for my delivery was 25-35 min. Ended up being an hour and 15 min. Was hungry but wasn't mad until I realized I got no icing w my cinnamon bread (kind of defeats the purpose of even ordering it).. but I took a bite anyways.. barely any cinnamon. Dry. Hard.. waste of money without the icing basically. So I call. This is when I get the pleasure of speaking to John. I rarely ever call/complain or try to return or get a refund.. but I was not happy. It was late it was tired and hungry and I just expected to get what I had ordered. I explain my situation. I get this.. "Seriously .. you can't eat the bread without the icing .. well I guess I will send out my delivery driver when they get back" click. Conversation over. So I eat my pizza, in the meantime my bread is cold. Whatever no big deal I can heat it up when they get here w my icing.. they never show up. I stayed up till 2 am waiting and expecting someone to knock on my door. Never happened. If you weren't going to bring me icing don't tell me you were in the first place. I would have rather just been told the truth and gone to bed. I hate dominos after this. I left a good tip even tho they were running late. Today me and my family had a horrible experience with delivery at Domino's. We made our first order at 7:23. We got the Food at 8:30. When we got the food the pizza was horribly made. The Salad we ordered was missing and they gave us the wrong chicken. My father went up to the store to get the salad. When he got to the store the workers were very vulgar and were partaking in actions not conducive to a proper work place. They charged him for the salad so that he could get one then. When he got back to the house we called the store and talked to the manager. He said he would send us out a salad, brownie, the chicken we ordered and a 2 liter of coke. The delivery guy that showed up did not have the salad like the manager said we would be receiving complimentary for the double charge. Instead he had a note that said, " Do not give them a salad." Also the complimentary brownie was burnt on top and bottom. SO then me and my brother and law drove up to get a refund. The manager said would we take another brownie and then finally they gave us the second salad. We waited another 30 minutes for the brownie to get completed. When we received the 2nd brownie it was burnt on the bottom. We headed home since it has now been 4 hours since we made the first order. Also while we sat in the store waiting for food we were also able to partake in the horrible work atmosphere.
