I wish I could give a -1. This is the second and last time I order from this store when I come to Statesboro to visit. The first time, I received salty pizzas and had to return them. This time, one of my pizzas had burnt bacon, and both were cold when picked up. I told my nephew that he should have checked the pizzas out prior to leaving the store. But I can't blame him. I blame the store employees. Whoever made the pizza knew damn well that bacon was not edible before they even put it in the box. I called the store several times and had no answer. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. This dominoes is probably the worst I have ever been too/ordered from in my life. These Ninjas have no clue what sanitation means. There was a hair in my wings! They also walk around with no deodorant, and wear pants with no underwear. It smells abhorrent in there, probably the same smell that lives within a dying hippopotamus. Placed an online order and when I arrived at the store to pay in cash they would not take my money. I was advised that the largest bill they would take was a $20 bill. I had larger bills than that and they would not accept them. Their solution was to just cancel my order and told me to come back when I could pay for it. I live 5 min from the store and my order took about two hours before i got it. I called the store because the ETA of my order kept on changing . Hours later, the delivery guy arrived and the box was all messed and the pizza didn't even have the right toppings on it. I had to go to the store after paying the delivery fee because i was pissed. The issue is not the food when it's prepared correctly. The issue is that it is rarely prepared correctly when you order something that is different than a regular peperoni pizza. Over half of the time that I order food from there it comes out wrong. I checked it one time and had them fix it before I left the store but the next time I trusted they had it right as it took them so long to prepare it, needless to say that the last time I do that. After waiting an hour for my thirty minute estimated delivery time we called and they tried to convince us that we ordered take out. We did not. After being put on hold four times, the terribly rude customer service reps still upheld the belief that we were lying.
