I ordered what I believe was a Smores latte that had marshmallow, whipped cream and cookies on top. Well my latte didn't have any of the added toppings. I mean this is what bought me in and why I don't mind paying as much as I do because what is being advertised. It really comes off as false advertisement when you don't receive the same item being presented. And if it's a situation of the items not being available, the customer should have the option to decide if they would prefer something else instead. In this case, I was not told it wasn't available; I was just presented with the item once completed.
