It was a dark and stormy night, and I was staying over at my friend house, we wanted something delicious to nibble on and so we decided to order to order from this random small business pizza place, so we went online and to our surprise they had a website! We ordered the ham and pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic twists, we then placed the order and we waited a solid 26 minutes. when the door rung I sprung to my feet, I Then opened the door to discover a scruffy man (his name looked like it was probably Jerry) he so graciously delivered us our pie! I would also like to add that he gave us our ranch first, that was a lovely surprise because most people hand over the pizza first!! I earned enough points for a free pizza. I have gluten intolerance so I have to order gluten free crust. When I tried to redeem my points for a gluten free pizza I received an error message that said something went wrong please call the store. I went to the store in person and explained the issue. They said they couldn't do anything on their side, but I could order a gluten free pizza and take advantage of their 50% off special. I will not be ordering from Dominoes anymore. read more

This review is specifically for the employee Danielle. I've had a rough day and I really just wanted to eat something I didn't have to cook. So I ordered. Food arrived super fast and HOT but I was super disappointed when I opened the box. I ordered light sauce but this pizza was SWIMMING. And that's not really my thing. Like at all. And I started crying I was going to just scrape it off but I called instead and Danielle answered voice of an angel, that girl. I told her what I was going through and she basically held my hand and told me not to worry. This ANGEL drove BACK to my house and delivered me a perfect pizza. I haven't even eaten it yet. Uodate 12/2/2018 Only decided to give this place another try because got an email about 50% off pizza. It's been 4 years since my last review and literally the same damn problem!!! Picked up the pizza and none of what we ordered was correct. No extra sauce or cheese. Had to call and complain and was offered a credit or remake. Well I'm not coming back so we decided to get it remade. It was remade exactly how it should have been in the first place. Honestly, I've never really been a dominos fan but this location surprised me. My hubby and I were seriously feigning for some pizza, but everyone else was already closed. I ordered from their website and it was perfectly cooked and ready to go within 20 mins. The 'Brooklyn' style pizza was surprisingly delicious, albeit much smaller than your traditional NY pizza. We will definitely order again if our go-to spot is already closed for the night. read more

I usually have a good experience with these guys but tonight was a completely different story. We get an offer in the mail with a range of options for specials. We decided on the deal that was 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. So I call and the lady I spoke with on the phone said it was going to be an hour and a half wait time for delivery. Then the story changes to they don't do delivery with that special and that it's a walk on only. But the fine print said nothing about walk in only, and it even mentions a "delivery charge may apply" Which tells me that this qualifies for a delivery. So we hesitantly agree to pick up. I get there 25 minutes later and end up waiting an extra 10 minutes because there is only 1 person working phones and register. We finally get our pizzas and we get home to find that our pizzas have barley any toppings on it. I got a mushroom and pepperoni pizza with hardly any mushrooms. And I also got a chicken and bacon pizza with literally almost no bacon and chicken on it. This is incredibly upsetting because this place has been better before. This experience has made us rethink going to this place next time we decide to order pizza. read more

Their delivery drivers can't even distinguish one address from another. They delivered my pizza to the wrong address. Then they forgot part of another order when I gave them another chance. They haven't done anything to make it right except to lie to appease and bullshit me. They don't care about customer service and the quality of their food is not as good as Pizza Hut. I would rather eat frozen pizza uncooked than every use this business again! They suck in all the ways that matter to most small-town folks, so don't risk it. read more

I called an hour later and they apologized and said the order didn't get entered in but would dropped the price by $5 and said it would be right out (10-15mins.) 11:15 and no food or answer since they're closed. I got a whole lot of food! I enjoyed the guy I spoke with who took my order. I couldnt seem to get the deal that showed online so I called instead. He was really nice I believe the manager was the one I spoke with. Then Placed the st.judes order and came out to 31.11 with Delivery. My order took only 30 min and it was nice hot and fresh not to meantion the most awesome driver of all Levi who delivered my food with Excellent service and Defenitly high energetic and makes sure your order is yet completed and asked if I needed anything else. The pizza had been slipping of late, but it was still OK. Once I got home and had the wrong crust, a mistake, no big deal. Tonight I ordered 3 pizza's for pickup and asked for some pepper and parmesian packets. I was told "No problem, they are 10 cents each". What? I was assured they were not kidding. Keep your pizza. I ordered a specialty pizza and some wings. When it was delivered, it wasn't the pizza I ordered, but was hungry and ate it anyway. I figured "poop happens" and chalked it up to a busy night. I wait a minute, nobody picks up. Hang up, call back, "ThanksforcallingDomino'spleasehold" so I do. I decided to wait until they picked up and took my order and after a couple of minutes I get "ThanksforcallingDomino'spleasehold". So. I placed the order online and get a confirmation email at 5:52 PM "your order will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes". I give them 30. Walk through the door, give the kid my name and after a minute of rummaging around he looks at me & says "it'll be ready in 15 or 20 minutes." They hadn't even started yet. Sitting in my car waiting, watching the delivery guy go screaming out of the parking lot in his Jeep with his music blaring. Thump thump thump yell scream yell. That was pleasant. I rated e stars based on the experience today 09-19-18. Domino's is great at pizza but not so great at pasta. This is my first time trying a a different item on the menu. I ordered a pasta bowl(chicken. Alfredo)and got 4 small pieces of chicken and a ton of pasta. So the chicken to pasta ratio is off. I wish they would bring back the bread bowl but hey. I don't believe. Last time they put pizza sauce on grandson pizza when the order and box show no sauce. No today after several weeks we order again and my pizza was white sauce, ham bacon and pineapple. it came with no bacon. Why can't they get it right. The box shows it right so whoever is check the pizza before they go out the door is not doing there job. I stop order mine with Domino for over a year and decided to try again and that two strikes. Don't think they deserved the third striked. At least on mine. Grandson don't what any other but domino's.
