What a disappointment. We rarely leave one star but there is no way around this one. Our expectation was low coming in on New Years Eve, as we know they are likely slammed. It was a road trip and we stopped in. The pizza was normal Pizza Hut expectation...BUT the staff and customer service was horrendous. 1- bathroom was worse than most gas stations. 2- took a very long time to order even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I finally went to the counter. 3- the top issue was the manager, named Liberty. Our entire time she was yelling and barking orders at staff. When we went to get a to go box for our leftover (equivalent of a medium pizza) we were told we could only have the flimsy white paper boxes for personal size. I went back and explained we had hours from home and would like a regular cardboard medium box. She rudely told me that was not possible. That was the policy and she wasn't going to argue it. Then walked away. Every to go order that came in left with regular boxes but because we ate inside that box was not available for our pizza. Silly and ridiculous. The only time anyone came to our table was to bring the food. I feel bad for the staff at this location. Be warned. Enter at your own risk. read more

My girlfriend called made the order and they told me they thought it was a prank call because she gave them the wrong number on the order even though they had called her back using the same number ! The service was horrible. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with attitude and a not welcoming face just because we had work boots on. It was a dark and stormy night and I was staying over at my friend house and we wanted something delicious tonibble on and then we decided to order to order from this random small business place so we went online and to our surprise they had a website and so we ordered the ham and pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic twists we placed the order and we waited a solid 26 minutes when the door rung I sprung to my feet I op3ned the door to discover a scruffy man his name looked like it was probably Jerry he so graciously delivered us our pie I would also like to add that he gave us our ranch first because most people hand over the pizza first after we relieved the pizza and ate the whole experience was 3 stars. read more

Even if they answered and told me it would be an hour late, I wouldn't have been half as mad. The app tracker stopped working after 5:34 also. No communication, cold and hour late pizza. Okay, let me just preface this by saying we use the Pizza Hut app to order our pizzas so our interaction with staff is minimal. The food has always been great. I remember this Pizza Hut years ago and it was horrible. But they've improved. I can't say for the dining experience, but when I've gone in to pick up our order, there's usually not anyone eating in so I'm assuming the bulk of their business is carry out or delivery. To put things in perspective, this is "as good as it gets" for chain, fast food pizza. Honestly, the pizza isn't bad and their pasta is actually pretty darned good. This location sees to keep things in the oven a bit longer than the usual, so everything comes out nice and crispy, which is probably the best way to enjoy Pizza Hut breadsticks, pasta, and pizza. The service is the real star of this location. Mind you, this location actually still is a full service location with tables and wait staff. Our wait staff was super friendly, willing to make substitutions, and even had lemons cut up for our iced tea. The first time we came here we had great service... this time, not so much. I cannot eat the crust, or dough, of pizza so I usually ask if they'll make me a personal pizza with the works and just don't use the dough. I have gotten a few weird looks, but most people are happy to accommodate. The first time here they were more than happy to do it, and actually did it better than most! This visit didn't go well. Our waitress said she had to ask a manager (which is fine), but then she came back and said that not only did the GM say no, but that it was against policy and wanted to know who had agreed to do it for me before. Well... ok then! I got the sub-par wings and the pre-boxed salad instead, and that was fine, but come on now! She said they were sure they knew who did it before (small town thing I guess), and that "that guy's always trying to make everyone happy"... really? Well, I'll be a cousin's uncle... imagine an employee concerned with customer satisfaction! As we were checking out she handed us a survey and said we could win bla bla prize by filling it out and leaving our suggestions.. to which my husband brought up the non-pizza pizza idea. I don't know what all the hate or fuss is over this place. This location has continued to impress me with a clean storefront, attentive and courteous employees, and a fine delicious pizza. I'm usually not a big fan of chain pizza places, but Pizza Hut always has something up its sleeve. The new cheese crusts stuffed pizza is delicious, and the new crust flavor ranch is truly to die for. When I'm hankering for a delicious pizza pie, I'll always keep Pizza Hut in mind, and this particular location has instilled a new-found faith in chain pizza. I've seen pizza places do this first hand. Quite a lazy practice. Most pizzas ordered are pepperoni/cheese pizzas. Then, most pizzas with multiple ingredients have pepperoni on them. So you pre- sauce/top/ and cheese a bunch of pepperoni pizzas and just add toppings later if you need to. They might've gotten away with it had they added cheese after they added the multitude of toppings that come on a super supreme. Well, you suck again Pizza Hut. Every single piece had 3/4ths of its toppings slide off when I picked it up. Shoulda had you remake it but was too hungry and had a fork. read more

The past two times we ate here have been wonderful experiences! Service was quick, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the food tasted great! We also had the same server (Trevor) as well. I think his customer service skills exceeded my expectations every time! Well unfortunately I have a not so good review for pizza hut. I haven't been there for a while as I was the the only fan. So it was only my little one and I yesterday so I purchased a 5 topping pizza for 10.00. I guess that's a special deal going on. So I pay for it and it's 12.98. I asked why the tax was so much. Seems that cheese as a topping is extra. OK, lesson learned. I take the pizza home and can't wait to eat...I had enjoyed the pizza way back when. That pizza was the sloppiest greasiest thing I looked at. I go to pick up a slice and everything slides off. My little one was also uneasy about eating it. We had to use forks. OK, a few years ago we actually stopped going to this Pizza Hut because the service and quality were so bad. We sent in feedback numerous times through on-line surveys and it actually seemed to improve...for a short time. However, today, was by far the worst experience we have had. We ordered the Big Dinner Box. One pizza was fine, the second had...oh about 1/10 of the amount of cheese that should be on a pizza. And it was only on a few slices. The rest of that pizza was literally bread, sauce, and pepperoni. I even posted a photo comparing two slices. And was that enough? Nope. We ordered bone-out hot wings. I think there was only one normal sized hot wing. The remainder were essentially large crumbs. The order was for 8 wings, and there were more than 8 no doubt...except most of them were the size of my thumbnail and you were lucky if they contained chicken. I actually got into the habit of inspecting the pizza when we picked it up from this location before paying due to the horrible experiences previously. However, my wife picked it up on her way home this time and so she didn't think to do it. I just cannot believe that several employees actually put this together and saw the final product and decided that it was acceptable. It will definitely be another year before we return to this location. If you want pizza, try ANY other place in town. If you want wings, you're better off buying Tyson's frozen hot wings from the grocery store. read more
