Would love to order from Dominoes but the website rarely works and the staff won't answer the phone. We tried ordering online multiple times only to have it kick out order, password, etc.. So we decided to try calling our order in but no answer. Tried several times, double checked phone number, still no answer. We've had this problem in the past but were hoping it would be better this time. At least there are other places to order pizza. read more

I have never had a bad experience with Domino's! They are always great. We have a really long driveway which is generally hard to find during the day much less at night and they are always patient and attentive. They always end up calling us and asking for directions. The pizza is always hot and fresh and right on time. When we do order pickup, while we are in town, it never takes more than 15-20 minutes. They have a few desserts and two liters you can choose from to make your meal complete! read more

So I'm working in WP on an overnights project, so I decided to buy pizza for the entire crew. I spoke to the guy on the phone, he put me on the phone with the manager and I placed my order with him for 10 pies. He offered to have them delivered at 12 midnight, but I declined and stated I would pick them up. That was a very nice touch. He also said he could give me a large quantity discount, which was nice touch #2. I arrived at 11:50pm. They asked me to pull up to the window and wait, since I had asked for them to be ready at midnight the pies were just being put in the oven. They were piping hot, fresh and plentiful of ingredients like I asked. I got a stack of plates, crushed peppers and dipping sauce added in. This place knows how to take care of their customers. My husband phoned in an order, at 5:00PM was told it would be ready in 20 min. At 5:20 I pull up to the window and give my name, they didn't have that order, mind you he had already paid for the pizza. Finally, after giving the telephone number from where it was called from they tell me they found it but not under the name he gave. They had the wrong name "Peta" that's even with my husband spelling my name. Not even close. They asked me to pull forward and they would then get my pizza ready. I first told them NO if you are making me wait then everyone behind me should have to wait since it is now 5:30. He said that he would bring to my car if I would pull around. So, I did then at 5:40 I got my pizza, didn't offer a free coupon or anything for their screw up. The kid at the window said he was going to get the manager to come speak to me, but guess what you got it. No manager ever came to speak to me. What poor service. Stayed in the Holiday Inn Express, right behind this Domino's Pizza. I called to order a large "supreme" type pizza and they said it was something like $22. Nevermind. I ended up with just a 2 topping pizza (pepperoni & bell peppers) and a house salad (they had a house salad or a caesar available). The 2 topping pizza was $8.99 and the guy on the phone taking the order said there was no way to add an additional 2 toppings that I wanted (and would have paid for) because it was a 2 topping pizza at that price. Period. If I added the other 2 vegetable toppings that I wanted, it raised the price to like $18.00+ or something like that. What? So, I went ahead and ordered a med 2 topping pizza and a house salad totaling $17.31ish, which seems expensive to me considering their medium pizza is fairly small. When ordering, I had asked that they please bring crushed red peppers for the pizza and they said they would send some. When food was delivered, the nice delivery man said that Domino's does not even have crushed red peppers at all, so he didn't know why someone would tell me that on the phone. He was nice, so whatever. The pizza was made very sloppy with meat on a portion of the pizza and peppers on this and that part, here and there, all willy nilly. No pretty presentation, that's for sure. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one because the pizza was delivered quickly & hot and the salad greens were pretty fresh and delivered with 2 packets of croutons and 2 ranch dressings and the delivery guy was nice. I would only order here again if I was dog tired after a long day of driving, like I am today. Otherwise, I'd hit Ruby Tuesday, not far away. read more

I personally always get my pizzas with extra or double cheese and light sauce BUT regardless of my own personal tastes (Which they're great for fulfilling!) their pizza is great and their bread sticks are even better. I haven't tried anything else from there yet but the food is good. I haven't had an issue with any of my orders. I got two medium, 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 ea - the breadstick orders seem pricey at first but then you realize that their orders of breadsticks are pretty darn big as compared to other Pizza chains. (Plus they're way better!) read more

Pretty bad. We asked for two toppings, one half with meat, the other without. The toppings were thrown on - messy and uneven - and meat pieces were on all but two pieces. The pizza was soggy and tasteless. We won't go back. read more

I ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with 16 count Parmesan bread bites and a 2L coke. For starters, the Come was expired on the bottle. The PARMESAN bread bites had nothing on them. They were just little balls of crust. No Parmesan or anything. The pizza was hot and had a great presentation. Really enjoyed the pizza it's self. And the delivery guy was quick and nice. I was completely drained out of energy, I would have went down the street to the Almost Famous BBQ place. read more

We live 30+ miles out of town so we called in the order and drive to town to pick it up. They never asked for our name on the phone or anything. When we got there my boyfriend went in and told the cashier we ordered a call in and the cashier said we haven't had a call in for over 3 hours now and the only pizzas we have ready are the 3 over here for a woman that called and never picked them up. We asked what they were they are probably ours and they refused to tell him and the cashier just argued with them. We left went to sonic for a drink then I decided to go in there and see what was going on. The same thing happened to me with the manager. I demanded the manager check those pizzas that were a call in. The manager just argued so I refused to leave till it was checked. Finally a younger man decided to check the pizzas named them of and asked if that's what I ordered. Sure enough those were our pizzas. The manager sarcastically apologized and rang up the now cold soggy pizzas and it was $40 for 3 medium pizzas. Ridiculous. We defiantly won't be back. read more
