Pickles were crisp and tasty, the ranch was decent (but not great). I had the grilled salmon (often a risky proposition), but I'm this case it worked out. It was a good sized piece that was well grilled, done but still flaky, firm but still moist. It doesn't come with anything so I added a side salad. My companion opted for the Hot Chicken sandwich. Looked to be about a 4oz breast dipped in hot honey sauce on a good quality bun, with cole slaw on top. Not the best sandwich ever, but pretty good. We decided to split a bourbon bread pudding (with added ice cream) for dessert. It was excellent! Only downside was that it was a little crisp around the edges. Our food took a while to show up BUT our server, Matthew was amazing! He made sure we got our appetizers and bread to hold us off until our main entrees showed. He very friendly and personable, even with all of the chaos going on. Once we got our food we were very pleased. It tasted AMAZING and the steaks were cooked exactly how we had requested. With the good food and amazing service by Matt, I'm not even upset that we had to wait. Well worth it!
