Great food and service. One of our go to places when we are in the area. Its a real treat for fast food.

I'm not sure why I've waited so long to try this place! Got tired of McDonald's finally I guess. So I was ordering for my son (18 and eats LOTS), and myself. I ordered us both French Dip calzones because I found a code for BOGO50. That helped because they were kinda pricey for me. A tip.. If you order ahead on their app, they are done when YOU want them. Went thru the drive-thru.. the girl was totally sweet and happy and the food was very hot and packaged well. Opened them up and realized why they were higher priced. They were HUGE. I ate one-half, and was full. My son gets the other half if I'm nice lol, or I've got plenty for tomorrow's left overs. This is my first time at Schlotzsky's as I've said, and I'm hooked. This was SO FREAKING GOOD. A LOT of meat.. perfectly sweet carmelized onions.. and SO much cheese. All proportioned exactly right. My New Favorite sandwich and looking forward to trying the other items. I usually don't go to the trouble to write reviews for fast food places.. but this place deserves it. within two hours after lunch ... horrible stomach cramps , vomiting and fever!! Worst experience ever !!!

The sandwiches were small and poorly made with all the meat on one side. There's not enough meat on the sandwich to even be considered a quarter pound. The sandwiches were also dry. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was about a third of the way filled. It was only mildly warmed up and very gelatinous. All in all not a good cup of soup. The pizza sauce on the children's pizza was very sour and didn't have a whole Lotta flavor. The sugar cookie was essentially a ball of dough. I am fairly disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice sandwich place in town. I would not recommend. read more

Ordered through doordash and got my food very fast. It was good, their potato soup is amazing. Only complaint is the cinnabon stuff was cold when I got it. Other than that my sandwich and soup were great! read more

I've eaten here three times. The first time I had no idea how they're menu worked as I'd never heard of Schlotzsky's, I had a basic sandwich and felt I was totally screwed on price (it seemed I was charged $10 for half a meal, like the sandwich was about the size of McDouble at McDonald's). My second time I went on a day they offered two personal pizzas for the price of one, and that was a satisfactory price to me as a regular. My third visit was trying a sandwich again, only knowing I needed to get an upgrade from the base version, but I still didn't feel satisfied. I don't remember what I ordered on the third visit, but I believe quantity vs. price was closer to a fair price, but the 'bread' was still something I couldn't call bread. Thirty years ago in Chicagoland (Orland Park), I loved Cinnabons..... while Schlotzsky's advertises them and has been here for about 2 years now, I have yet to be able to bring myself to try one. read more

Went to eat for dinner here and while we were waiting for our food I watched 3 people complain about waiting for their food. Hard pass on the "cooks" here. Ordered food with my family (I was the first on the ticket) everybody gets their food and I waited 20 minutes before I went up to ask about mines and they said "oh I'm not sure what happened, let us make that for you" and they proceed to take my receipt to the back to make sure they get the order correct. I asked for the receipt back because we were still waiting on getting our Cinnabon 6 pack until we left, they told me they are using it for making the sandwich correctly in the back. Now while I was waiting for my sandwich a lady comes in with her online order for 2 flatbread pizzas. They say here those are for you and she doesn't even touch the box knowing it's not a flatbread and says no thank you I ordered flatbread so they try to give the pizzas to her for free and she didn't want them so I took them. (This is why it's more than 1 star I got some free food out of it ‍) now back to my sandwich that they are using my receipt to get correct. I ordered my sandwich as 2 halves both with no tomato and one with no mustard. I got the sandwich halves with both tomatoes and the one with mustard. So I let them know and they grab half the sandwich to remake it for me. So I just took the tomatoes off of the other half and they remake half of my sandwich correctly after only being there for about an hour. So then as we get our receipt back we ask for our 6 pack of Cinnabon's and if we should just go grab it, the young lady that rung us up then goes "sorry, we don't have the 6 pack but you can have the smaller 15 pack!" (another reason why they get an extra star) but why sell something you don't have?! How can you mess up an order that's in plain English? I've worked at many different food places, reading a ticket order isn't rocket science. I don't ask for much, just don't put on certain things that I asked not to have. 10/10 would not recommend eating here unless you want your sandwich tossed together the way the menu says. I'm scared to go through the drive through because I'm sure I'll have to go back through or inside just to get the right food I asked for the first time.. please please fix either the management or the "cooks"!! Also if you order Cinnabon don't expect to get it warm, they just take it off the counter and hand it to you. When asked if they would heat it up the young lady says "I can ask the kitchen if they can heat it up." I said "no thanks we will just do it at home." Sorry to say when I'm coming to visit my family here I won't be stopping at this location again, and I'll advise all of my family to the do the same. read more

As follow-up to never receiving a refund for my earlier experience with Mountain Home, AR Schlotzsky's, I wrote to corporate in hopes of having the situation addressed. This was some time ago. I have received no response, and I still have received no refund. It has now been two more weeks since the incident. My experience is that Schlotzsky's, as a store and as a company, is not responsive to customer needs. I am out $42.00. I am a high risk individual and am still taking precautions, so I order in and do pickup fairly frequently. Schlotzsky's food was good, but so are other restaurants, and the treatment is better! read more

we door-dashed about 83 dollars of food and all but one sandwich was wrong. we were all very disappointed in the fact that our food was wrong. i don't know how you mess up a turkey, lettuce, and cheese sandwich with mayonnais. instead I got a sandwich with just turkey. read more
