All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. Ended up being recovered from Hull. As I had been a customer for the last 5-6 years (my car and my wifes) I found this level of "service" unacceptable, and they have now lost a customer

We chatted to a sales guy to get an idea of cost and how much they would give us in part exchange for our car. We were in a rush and said we would pop back another time. We popped back a couple of days later and the sales guy Brian recognised us. We asked if we could test drive one as it was a little different to anything I had driven before. When he was free he got a similar size engine Yeti but different spec model out. I took it for quite a long test drive and loved it. We then got back and talked numbers. They offered us a good deal for our car then we went for a PCP deal over 3 years paying an amount each month and I can either buy the car or give it back as deposit on my next Skoda. With in half an hour my car was on order. I had to await the arrival of my Corida Red Skoda Yeti with black roof/trim Monte Carlo 2l manual 2 wheel drive. It was the first model of that type they had sold and one of the first in the country. Excited. I got a call a couple of weeks later to tell me I can can pick up the car next week. I agreed Tuesday after work. I rushed back from work and the car was outside the show room. I had to go through a load of paperwork. We then transferred our stuff from the old car to the new. They had programmed the radio to the stations I wanted. Brian went through some of the controls. I also was given a cuddle dog and a photography voucher. We were done and ready to go. I drive carefully. I loved it. I also have 2 free services included and get Skoda Assist. I would recommend Autosales for anyone looking for a new or used Skoda. Very friend and knowledgeable staff.

They still have not mended my car and are looking at "booking it in"...., guess what guys.... We have since stayed with Hunters for the vehicle's services & MOTs and I trust them implicity. The site, next to Pride Pack, is well laid out and functional. The staff across all departments are very friendly and I have noticed they don't have much of a staf turnover which I feel is always a good sign that and they get to know you. They are very knowledgable and open, this is especially important when buying a second hand land rover. For the new vehicles the displays are spacious and you are welcome to have a good rummage around the cars. Their service team is wonderful. The option of having the vehicle collect from your door and delivered back is very convenient and courtesy vehicles are available. I have always found them very transparant with costs. On items such as new tyres I enquired about different brands etc which they happily discussed with me and stood by my choice - I have never felt pressurised into items I did not need and have never felt spoken down to. If you are hacing any work done on your vehicle and choose to wait there is a very comfortable client lounge with complimetary tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits. There is even a television, selection of newspapers and magazines and a playstation to keep you occupied - it's actually a rather pleasant relaxing place! They also have Land Rover accessories and mechandise on sale so it is a good place for gift buying if you know a Land Rover enthusiast. I find this dealership very comfortable to deal with and this gives me a lot of confidence in them.
