They replaced the sidewalk and driveway and all looked great......except for the sidewalk immediately in front of the entrance. Where before, the old sidewalk was dramatically sloping towards the house, it was now dramatically sloping away from the house! I made it clear that I was not happy with that but the owner had moved on to his next job and I was just a distant memory. Communication after the job was all but impossible. I did get a voicemail from the owner but repeated efforts to actually discuss, "mono a mono," failed. So much for any warranty promises. It's a shame because the work was good otherwise. Why ruin it with an unsightly slope when a gentle imperceptible slope would have sufficed? My second mistake was paying the invoice before we resolved the issue (Never again). I would not recommend Jack Hammer Concrete.

I had to ask Stan did he have a jackhammer so I can jack hammer the front of my driveway so I can have some depth that he can come even with the street he said yes and he let me use his jackhammer which I dugout the front of my driveway. Coming down my driveway the thickness of the millings wasn't enough the sealer wasn't enough the first rain washed it out I called Stan and send him pictures and he says he'll smooth it out and just pack it down again how do you pack down a quarter inch with hardly any sealer on it.
