At 6:22 the "tax professional" who performed my taxes came out to apologize, said he was wrapping up and it would be about 5 more minutes. That was 9 minutes later -- we were finally called... Again my actions, my consequences, I was not able to make the monthly payments and I hope people reading this can understand that my world didn't crumble overnight and rebuilding it wouldn't happen overnight as well. Long story short, title max took my car and I had 10 days to claim it back....through an absolute miracle from God I was able to get the amount that Title Max told me would settle the loan and here's where the problem is......I had until 7pm Wednesday to pay this loan and I paid Title Max at 6:45 pm once I went into this office and paid them, they DID NOT call or email the auction place where my car was due to be sold at 9am Thursday morning. When I called the auction place to schedule a time to retrieve my vehicle the next morning, the sale of my car was luckily stopped but they had NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY TITLE MAX. The auction place informed me that IT IS TITLE MAX'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT. Jeff, the manager of this Title Max office, said "oh we were going to get to that at some point today"... some point today? are you kidding me??? This office is run by a rude and incompetent individual. I had made offers to bring the office some money previously in order to postpone the sale, they refused my offer. I am not excusing my actions but once I got that loan paid in full, this office was completely ignorant and didn't uphold their responsibility to notify the auction company and I was told by the auction company that I am not the first person this Title Max office has done this to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.

When I message my Mutual of Omaha loan representative I get ghosted. I will keep her name out of here. I should have stayed with Rocket Mortgage, or went with a lower rate. This is shady business as as soon as I can move back to Rocket I will. Rocket is the best mortgage company in the industry.

I have know Mitch for about 34 years and knew he owned a Farmers Agency. In chatting with him about our insurance needs recently, I realized that it may be prudent to have him review our coverage. It was more than prudent (and something I should have done previously). Mitch was able to increase my coverage at a significant savings. I encourage everyone to at least kick the tires occasionally on your overall insurance needs. At the least you will will learn about your coverage and you may save money along the way or realize you are under or over insured. This process was well worth the time I invested in it and Mitch makes it easy. Savings is one thing, but in today's business environment, service is sometimes forgotten.
