The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. Food was below expectations, I would consider this a bar with below average bar food. Sat down to order food but was told they don't serve food until 6P. We decided to have drinks and wait for the food. As 6P approached the waiter said maybe 7P they will start. At this point it's like pay for the drinks and try again. Ordered a Mango Daquiri which was very tasty and unique. It had tamarindo on the rim and at the bottom of the drink. Flavor was definitely there. Also ordered two Don Julio shots for 70 pesos/ea. Cost is definitely reasonable. We left, but did come back later to try the food. We ordered the beach please combo which came with fries, cheese sticks, wings, and nachos. The fries were good along with the cheese sticks. Bars usually fry food decently. Nachos were basic and just not good. The nachos were toosalty and the cheese was awful. The wings were unique, but not in a good way. We went with BBQ instead of buffalo. The BBQ wings were cooked well, but beyond sweet. It tasted like the mixed tamarindo or chile limon in the sauce to give it a Mexican Twist, but it was not enjoyable. Bad combo for wings. We were they pretty early and planned to try again later at night to see if more people actually hang out there. But never got around to it.
