We drove here and applied, paid the app fee ($40) and had a normal enough experience with the women…read morein the office, even chatting about how one was from the area we are wishing to relocate from. (It was 4 hours round trip for us to apply) A few days pass and they called with a simple question, which I clarified, to which they said it would be a couple more days, there were still things it needed to go through (the application process in general, was my understanding) A month went by. No calls, no emails, no letter, no approval or denial. We thought with the equal and fair housing laws they need to regard, that we would be given an approval or denial and if denied (we weren't expecting to be) then a reason as to why, at least. At this point, after a month of their avoidance, my husband called and left a message to which they still have not responded and are avoiding also. I then checked their website and conveniently the property to which we were applying has been removed, as if it had been rented? Not sure how this should occur without at least first approving or denying us and giving us a reason, as should be the process and we were expecting. My best advice is to avoid this property management company for their unprofessionalism and do not spend any amount of travel, time, and money wasted, as they will not give you the answer or reasoning you are entitled to and will just avoid you during the process.

The property has been listed on Zillow just a few days shy of a year. I am familiar with the area and I asked Monica if the property was off a dirt road but I could not get a straight answer from her if the road was graded. I explained I had a brand new car and could only take it on a graded road. In short, this Woman was rude, unhelpful and not even willing to negotiate? This is the worst realtor I have ever encountered. I didn't even waste my time! Stay away.

I told her I was very interested in the property and that I wanted to buy it but preferred to see first (though not required). She asked for my prequalification letter to even set an appointment. I asked her to contact me if anything changed as I wasn't planning to view the property until Saturday a week later. She said no problem snd she would be in touch. Because of my appointment I had left LA at 6am. When we stopped for breakfast I realized the home was no longer listed for sale! WTH!!! I reached out and very dismissively blew me off and said she was going to reach out! It's 2.5 hours away. Thankfully my friend was driving us there and has a place to stay because otherwise I would have been pissed for getting up so early. I was very upset and surprised by her lack of professionalism. I would NEVER hire Monica to list a home or to be ones agent in a housing search. Beware!!!!
