Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it. Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty). Jose was great at communicating with me and called to keep me updated every step of the way. He had my new policy active the same day that I called. He was thorough in explaining what I needed and didn't need. He went out of his way to be polite and courteous to me. I was able to purchase this policy from start to finish without even needing to go to the office. He made it very easy and was a pleasure doing business with. He is an asset to State Farm.

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I called to cancel my auto policy and was told by Steve that I needed to send over the Declaration Page from my new insurer before they could cancel. I did as requested. I followed up with Michael to confirm it was received, but never got a clear answer. After waiting four hours, I called State Farm directly, and they canceled my policy immediately--no declaration page required. On top of that, when I first received my quote from this office, it included information for a completely unrelated household member I never gave them. That's a serious mistake, and luckily I caught it before proceeding. I went with this agency because of the positive reviews, but after interacting with three different reps, I can confidently say I won't be coming back. I'll also be sharing my feedback directly with State Farm corporate. Just a heads-up to others--be prepared for unnecessary runaround and inconsistent service.

Joy Insurance gave us the run around for weeks before we could get a rental vehicle. We finally were given authorization to get a rental vehicle that I paid out of pocket. I did get reimbursed for this, however the time they authorized the rental my vehicle was almost ready from the body shop. I only used the rental vehicle for 3 days and the car was in the shop for more than 2 weeks. I was also not given thorough info regarding transferring insurance to my son. Needless to say, this was the icing on the cake for us to leave. Very unhappy how this ended with them. This is in response to Liam Joy: I did receive a voicemail and email from your Dad. The email he sent did not have accurate facts. First off, you never explained the process on transferring insurance to my son's name. You took our son's money and then at the 11th hour after time passed you decided to call him and ask about plates. You expected him to know that he needs the title signed over. Nothing was ever explained about the process. This is typical for your agency, just like the claim process. It would have been nice to get a call directly from you when you discovered there was a problem. Let me just say, you had plenty of chances to call me and make good. You decided to ignore this, and thought it would go away. It is unfortunate that it ended this way.
