At home checked, it was ONLY MY Documents not a tax form. OH it will be in a few weeks. Finally after 3 weeks I asked for a PDF to look at my TAXES. Asked about a week later for a hard copy, was told for ME to print it out of PDF, I told Patricia I had NO printer, used a Laptop. Now May 3rd no hard copy. Sent PDF to a different CPA my Son recommended. HE found 2 big errors. Cost ME $250 plus the $275 I paid Patricia. She is a nice Lady but not TO ME efficient. Maybe takes on too much work. Have gone to 3 other CPA's over the years. An appointment meant they would complete my taxes THAT day not 5-6 weeks later. She wants ME to tell her the mistakes she made. NOT my concern now, Just want a refund. PAUL RAFANELLO sold her his business because he retired after a bad stroke. I assumed she was like him, totally efficient but no.
