State Farm has been good to us until my wife's car accident. After She was rear ended by another…read morecar and it took them 5 days for an adjuster to tell us what we already new that the car was totaled. They originally told us 2-4 day for an adjuster to come by because the car was not drivable. After this they then told us we only have one week for the car rental before we had to return it. Even though we had not reached our $1,000 limit for a car rental yet. We told State Farm we needed to wait to receive the lean release from Toyota financial to sent out the title in order to get the check And we wouldn't be able to revive the check from state farm within a week to purchase a new car. Took them an extra 3 days to "over night" mail us our check. Now we are without a rental. Having to wait for this check to clear before I can get a car for my wife who is currently car-less. Very disappointed with State Farm.

I stopped by, no appointment, sat down with Ash and while he set up my homeowner's policy online we talked and I was impressed by what a pleasant guy he is and what a pleasure it was getting to know him a bit. If you are looking for insurance I recommend calling Ash. Excellent customer service and a heck of a nice guy.

VERY SIMPLY, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your taxes are paid, NOT MINE, and if you knew that the state did not withdraw the taxes on the designated date you should have IMMEDIATELY, on THAT DAT,E called my office and I would have provided you with the voucher you need to mail in a check. Why in the world would you let it drag on until the last minute and then expect me to jump through hoops on my busiest day of the year. Please no more emails. I did not read your last one and will not read any additional ones. My question was simple...was my or was not my NYS tax payment electronically submitted to NYS for payment?? It is now the 17th and I still have no direct answer to that question. After the treatment I have received from both Jeff and his secretary/receptionist whatever she is I would not EVER refer anyone to him. Consider yourself warned

She still doesn't know what I came to see her for. Seriously, she reminded me of Donald Trump the way she was so sure her views were correct, even though she knew almost no information and she was absolutely wrong in practically everything she said. I have no doubt she will answer this review saying I am some rube who didn't want to listen to her and never let HER speak (which she told me over and over while I was trying to explain why I was seeing her). Actually, I have much experience with lawyers ever since my daughter was killed when she was five and we sued the town of Los Angeles successfully for millions of dollars. Let's see if she has something unkind to say about my deceased daughter as well now. I highly recommend you do not go see this lawyer. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you.
