I have never had anything like this happen before and even viewed a couple of Utube videos for help. Well, it's not the door closer which I had replaced some time ago and lubricants didn't work. I even had my son in law look at it. Left without any answers I called Iron Crafters to see if they had anyone or suggestions for how to fix this problem. Every time I called them I got their voicemail and left a message. They never bothered to call me back. Apparently after you buy the doors that is the end of their customer service. That is disappointing. As repeat customers I would have appreciated a call back to see if they had someone to make repairs or a suggestion of who to call to fix this problem.
