His estimate was the best value but did not mean compromising on quality! His team started and finished our project on time. Our project included painting the walls, ceilings, and baseboards of our open concept common areas (foyer, great room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining room, and hallways). We chose the wall colors (Sherwin Williams Alpaca for all spaces but the dining room, which was Sherwin Williams Delft) and did the standard white option for the ceilings and baseboards. We were so impressed with their work and Josue's customer service that we're already planning to hire them to paint the rest of the house when we're out of town for a week this summer. I asked a friend and she said this often happens when someone doesn't want to do a job, that they over quote you. That makes me sad, I just wish they had given me an honest quote and then told me if they couldn't schedule me because the job was too _________. (Insert whatever made them over quote - too small, annoying?) So my only advice would be to ask before scheduling if there are only certain sizes of jobs they are accepting?

I have worked with several contractors before on this and previous homes. I apparently have high standards few can meet. These guys were really good. Nothing is perfect, but they sure tried to be. My deck is gorgeous and solid. Everything it should be. They were flexible and helpful and professional. They also provided and architect to design the deck to meet our needs. I had some concerns after the build was done and they were paid (not saying they did anything wrong, but some things I would have liked to have been done differently). They bent over backwards after the fact (and after they were already paid) to make us happy. Including spending more time and materials on my project. I would literally use these guys for anything they would want to do for me. Great experience. Also, their quotes were either in line or less expensive than others for the deck project. Definitely earned five stars.
