Don Wood is not very helpful or punctual. Took hours to fix my car when told it would be 3. I sat for 1.5 before they even touched my car. The waiting area is dirty with food crumbs on the floor and literal trash over flowing out of the trash cans. Bathrooms are dirty and not stocked at all. Not a single employee has stopped to update me or even said hello.

Thank you Don Wood Hyundai! Love my car!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR BODY WORK…read more This place is filled with the biggest bunch of crooks and morons I've ever encountered in my life, and having grown up around cars, that's saying a lot. I took my car into them to see if they could fix it after an accident. After giving me an estimate of $1800 ($300 more than they originally quoted me), it took them SEVEN WEEKS to even open my car up. They never once called me to let me know what was going on, and whenever I called them, they gave me the excuse that they'd "lost my phone number." When they finally did open up my car (after I had called them flipping out) on THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LEAVING FOR MY BREAK, they told me that they had just "discovered" that my transmission was done for, but that "luckily" they had a Chevrolet with 160k on it that they'd sell me for $3000, "a really great price...." AND they suggested they weren't going to give me back the $500 I had given them for the repairs (until I told them I'd be taking them to court.) These guys are either patently dishonest, or so shockingly stupid, it surprises me they know how to tie their own shoes and wipe when using the bathroom. Possibly both. Either way, don't bother. Crooks and morons.

This is the second time I have had problems with this establishment. Top it off guy still won't tell me his name. Oddly enough though he had time to go on their page and erase my review, quite alright cant erase it off my page, nor the fact that I work in public and probably talk to at least 25-50 people a day

My wife and I purchased a 2006 PT Cruiser with 19621 miles, We towed the car back to WV. The next…read moreday, we dropped the top and decided to go for a ride. After less than 6 miles, the check engine light came on and the front of the car shook violently. I called the dealer and was told since I live 100 miles away, to take the car to a local repair shop and get the car fixed. The repair shop replace the oil pressure and power steering pressure sensors to clear the engine light. They also replace the left front brake caliper. I sent a copy of the bill along with a letter to the dealer, believing they would pickup the tab, or at minimum go 50/50. After a month, I called the dealer only to find out that I was stuck with the repair bill, since they had only made $1200 dollars on the deal, ($500 went to a lot fund and the salesman was paid commission on the remaining $700). They wouldn't even stand behind the warranty statement on the final sales document about taking care of the warranty on the oil pressure sensor, a problem that they supposedly repaired at time of buying the car. My wife an I are retired living on a small fixed income and $286 is a lot of money to us.
