She helped us along the entire way from making an offer, to inspections, to a REALLY quick close. Because we're not from the area, she even sent us a list of local utility companies to set up. So thoughtful! An is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and provided great service! We've already started telling our friends about her! An, if you're reading this, we cannot thank you enough for everything you've done for us! We are loving our little home!

Even though she worked in Idaho I called her to get advise on selling property in Oregon and a house in California. I had agents for both these properties but when I wanted the straight scoop I called her. She came recommended by two Retired Police Officers that gave her thumbs up. They were absolutely right. She is the best!!! She must of showed us 60 homes and she previewed countless others. Very patient with us buying a new home. She saved us a lot of money. House listed at 725K and we paid 535K. Got great deal and she took care of everything and stayed in contact with us all through the way. I've recommended her to other people now and will continue to do so. If Market Pro was smart they give her big raise!

We recently relocated to Twin Falls and thanks to JacQuie's help, it was a seamless & stress-free…read moreprocess. My husband and I were originally looking in Nampa but ultimately found Twin to be more affordable for us. Once we decided on Twin, I asked her to refer us to the listing agent of a home we were interested in because of the distance from Nampa. Instead, she insisted that it was not too far and she was more than happy to show us multiple homes in Twin. I was shocked because in the area we used to live in, there aren't any Realtors that would have driven 2 hours so we were even more happy with her when she offered that. She's also communicative and professional while still being very personable. She cares and it shows! I am blessed to have found her and happy that I took a chance and called her just based off online reviews. She definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I will happily give her all referrals that I can. If you are searching for the best Idaho Realtor, call JACQUIE MADARIAGA. She won't let you down.
