Confusing return/exchange policy. I ordered two skirts for my daughter because she prefers longer tennis skirts and has very long legs. I studied their return policy and paid for the ReDo returns just in case. Well, I missed that anything 35% off or more is exchange only. My items were 30% off, but I had a new customer extra off coupon that I didn't realize would exclude me - it did. The items arrived, and despite using the size guide, they are easily 2 sizes too small. I accepted my mistake about returns and ordered two different skirts to try via an exchange. It took a week to hear back after my returned items reached them. I did email to request a status update, but they said they did not receive my email. After leaving a Yelp review, the new items have now shipped. I am hopeful these work, but if they do not, I plan on just getting a dress for myself and will give up on getting a skirt to work for my daughter. If necessary, I will update the review with how that exchange goes. Some customers seem to love their skirts. I wasn't overly impressed with the quality, but hopeful they work because she needs them for high school season. I saw in other reviews that they run small, and the new sizing runs smaller than previous sizing. If you are a first-time customer, I would caution you to make sure you triple-check the return/exchange eligibility and pay for the ReDo service. Re online order Won't return. My team decided to wear their Fernora skirt. The material is thick, rigid and heavy, size runs small, so I needed to exchange for a larger size. Buying experience is ok but the exchange is painful. As I was looking on the bill to find how or the return code, I saw there is $1.98 redo charge. After 12 emails did I find out the following: "No. The $1.98 is optional at checkout, it is not per item it is per order. And it's non refundable." Apparently I accidentally clicked it. A Hidden Gem for Golf & Pickleball Apparel! Go from the courts to the club, the green to the scene and always be in fashion! I only discovered Dona Jo about 2 weeks ago, and somehow I've already purchased 4 skorts and 4 matching Alley mock-neck tanks! I think that says everything. I've been searching for golf and pickleball apparel that's feminine, flattering, colorful, unique, and comfortable, and Dona Jo has exceeded every expectation. The first thing that caught my eye was the artwork. Every print is absolutely stunning. The colors are rich, vibrant, artistic and unlike anything I've seen from other golf brands. Every design feels fresh, elegant, playful and luxurious at the same time. I honestly find myself having a hard time choosing because every collection is more beautiful than the last. The fabric is amazing. It's incredibly soft, silky, stretchy, lightweight and comfortable while still holding its shape beautifully. The waistband offers wonderful support through the waist and mid-section without feeling restrictive, creating a very flattering silhouette. I especially love the Court and JoJo skorts. The flounce adds just the right amount of femininity and movement while still looking sporty and polished. The 14.5" length is perfect. Even if you're a little self-conscious about your legs, I think you'll find these skorts incredibly flattering. I'm only 4'10", and depending on the style, I wear either a small or medium. Both sizes fit but if you prefer a slightly looser waist than pick the medium. One unexpected bonus is that I don't have to pay to have these hemmed. I usually spend another $35 shortening many of my golf dresses and skorts, but these fit me beautifully right out of the bag. The Alley mock-neck tanks have become my favorite tops. They're the perfect length to pair with the skorts instead of being too long and bunching at the waist. The medium comfortably accommodates a fuller bust while still maintaining a flattering, tailored look and no pinching on the back. What truly made me a loyal customer, however, was the incredible customer service I received from Rafaella. After emailing with a few questions, she graciously took the time to speak with me by phone. She was warm, knowledgeable, patient, attentive and genuinely interested in helping me find the right combinations. She even texted me photos of different tops paired with various skorts so I could better visualize the outfits and choose colors that worked well together. That level of personalized customer service is incredibly rare today. She never made me feel rushed, answered every question I had, and helped make ordering so much easier. Had I been left to figure everything out online, I honestly don't know that I would have continued ordering. Rafaella completely changed my experience and she's a huge reason I'll continue shopping with Dona Jo. She deserves tremendous recognition for representing the company so beautifully. If I could offer a few suggestions, they would simply be opportunities for growth rather than criticisms. I'd love to see Dona Jo add 2 exterior pockets for golf balls and tees (on the front hipbone which is more flattering and slenderizing vs adding to the side seam on the hip). Yes, there are pockets under the skort; however, we have to pick up the entire skort to access. I'd also love to see Dona Jo continue expanding inventory so more sizes and prints remain in stock because the most popular pieces sell out quickly. I'd also welcome faster shipping and an even easier return process. As someone who shops on Amazon frequently, I think offering their full collection through Amazon's fulfillment system could provide quicker delivery and easier exchanges while introducing the brand to an even larger audience. I also believe Dona Jo deserves much broader exposure. Their apparel would be a perfect fit in places like PGA Superstore, golf pro shops, country clubs, racquet clubs, pickleball clubs, and specialty athletic boutiques. Once women see these vibrant colors in person, feel the luxurious fabric, and experience the flattering fit, I truly believe the clothing sells itself. I'm so excited to wear these outfits for my pickleball matches, my women's golf league, upcoming golf tournaments, and my golf trip to The Greenbrier, where we were actually encouraged to wear floral skorts. I honestly can't wait to show them off. Thank you, Dona Jo, for creating unique wearable artistic apparel that is feminine, flattering, and comfortable. Ordered 3 skirts and have received one so far; the other two are back ordered. The skirt I did receive fits and I will keep it. However, Dona Jo has changed sizing since I last ordered from them a few years ago. I love the skirt that I have from a few years back. This one received today is just ok. The fabric is not near as nice and as reviewers have said, the new sizing runs VERY small! For reference, I'm 5'3" with a muscular build and weigh 130 lbs. I wear a size 4 in Lululemon and The Dona Jo size small JUST fits and could not be any smaller or it would be too tight. I do love their colors/prints; I just wish they would go back to the softer, more giving fabric that they had before. read more

I am a long time customer with a closet full of various skorts and tops. Initally I was ordering the skorts for travel and everyday wear, until I started playing pickleball. As I was learning to play, I thought, it's ok if I'm not so great, my outfits are cute! As my pickleball obsession increased, so did my Dona Jo purchases. I've only experienced great customer service, especailly when I change my mind about a style and need to either make an exchange or return. If items are on back order, it says when to expect my shipment and I've never had an issue. Their sales are great as well. I've met the owner, Ashley and her Mom, Colleen, who are great ladies and open to any feedback on patterns, stykles, etc. I think they are a phenomenal small business and I have referred many friends, who also love their products. First, I love the Dona Jo skorts They work really well for me and I love the colors and patterns available. The shorts stay in place which is huge! Some say that they run small but I have not found that. The medium works for me (5'4", 145 lb). I had tried a large per the reviews but it was loose in the waist. That being said, there are some things about the company that I do not like: 1. You are charged as soon as you order. Most companies process the charges at shipping time. 2. Shipping is slow, with no updates available online. With the first order it was understandable because it was a pre-order. Still, I was charged several weeks before it shipped, and there were no updates available online. The next order had indicated shipping would be in 2 or 3 days. But I didn't get it for 3 weeks and had to reach out to them. They did respond, and said they were having delays, but there was nothing online to indicate that. I had to email them. 3. The only way to leave a review (mine would have been largely positive because I do love the skorts) is to contact the company directly. There is no option post a review on their website. And because you are emailing or phoning in a review, I have no confidence it would actually be posted. So my review is here. Now I try to find the items on resale sites, and have had good luck with that. read more

I received an item that was not as described. Reached out to the company several times, and never got a response. I tried to return (the item WAS returnable, and I had paid the ridiculous fee to enable returns), and the portal would not let me. Again, reached out several times to no avail. Finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and only then did I hear from Dona Jo. They told me they would not refund me unless I closed the dispute. So extortion... Thankfully, I listened to my bank, did not close the dispute and they sided with me. read more
