For instance, sprayed gums under bridge with an antiseptic (not injected into gums) claiming you have an abscess and then charges $75. Could have done the same thing rinsing mouth or even more effectively putting antiseptic in my water pic. Then the practice claims you had periodontic treatment and insists you are getting deep cleanings ongoing afterwards which are not covered. The cleaning is exactly the same as it was previously. Dr Rothstein and office staff unwilling to resolve because they know it is fraud. They all did me a favor being so blatantly dishonest because it prompted me and my family to move on to an excellent, compassionate and honest dental practice. If you get the feeling something is wrong, move on, there are so many dental practices to consider.

Dr Danielle although pleasant iis extremely unengaged and inconsistent especially with following up on Pt care Donna one of her appointed lead staff members has promised to call me back since October of 2021 regarding pricing on a unresolved treatment plan for restorative work . I am still waiting to speak with Donna. I have called the office four times since October 2021 and have not gotten a resolution or price regarding my treatment plan. I was offered three different prices and each time Donna saids I will speak with Dr. Danny and get back to you. Never received a call from her yet as to date. after severe frustration I called my insurance company a PPO to find out what services were provided and what was being done because no one explained anything to me in the office. I was told no exrays were sent in with the treatment plan they sent to insurance and because oIf that my claim was denied. I then called and spoke to Amanda although very helpful she stated she would get back to me in two weeks it's been a month in a half already and I'm still waiting for a call. I was also told by insurance there was one charge was pending for $234.00 fir the work done On October of 2021. Beware and stay away.

They do not know who is on the schedule and do not provide confirmation calls for appointments. That is the least of it. I went in for a bone graft for a dental implant. After the bone graft is completed, I needed to return four months later for the implant. The receptionist/biller never called for the authorization and never told me I may have to pay 1,800.00 out of pocket. I showed up today for the implant only to be told for the first time that I needed to pay $1,800.00 in full! I asked her what my insurance said and she said she never heard back from them. So I asked why she didn't follow up. She told me, "it's a courtesy" and she doesn't *have to follow up. I've been to many a dentist and doctors offices in my day and... it's your job. The doctor participâtes with my insurance and everything must first be run through the insurance with a denial before I come out of pocket. She rudely doubled down and said they must have been closed during the shut down (lie number 1) and continued on to say that they denied her request which is why she never heard from them (lie number 2). Insurances always issue documentation to both the provider and the patient for authorizations and denials so don't urinate on my head and claim it's raining... She offered to rescheduled me... but I took a hard pass. It's not a courtesy to tell your patients how much they will be spending out of pocket - it's your job. I will be getting that implant - just not here. Run far and run fast from this business.
