I work for the defense industry and buy supplemental policies to keep bills to a minimum. Throughout the three years we've gone to Yorkshire Dental its "discovery learning" when it comes to billing. IT seems there's never a problem until we come in for an appointment. At first, there's a mix up between assigning our primary and supplemental insurance (which they had the nerve to blame on my wife). Then my spouse wasn't covered by any policies at all and we received bills (since rectified). Then there's mix ups in submitting insurance claims. Then they couldn't properly submit claims in a timely manner. The law says claims must be submitted in a timely and reasonable manner. I now have an outstanding bill for $1700 from May of 2024. They are working through it and have three options in my opinion: 1. Fix it with the insurance company (who normally set 90 days to one year to submit a claim), 2. Write if off due to their own inefficiency, or 3. send me the bill have force me to take them to small claims court (where a lawyer would cost them more than what I owe with a judge possibly seeing them not being "timely and reasonable". Either way, enough is enough. We've cancelled out appointments and will find a new dentist. It's a shame that an inefficient front office staff cost Dr. Bommu a customer who loved her work.

They did a…read morecleaning and checkup, and I did see a dentist, but it wasn't Casey Williams - apparently he was on vacation and another dentist was filling in for him. Everything went well, so I made an appointment for my next 6-month cleaning/checkup. I did see Williams on the next appointment, and he told me I needed 3 crowns replaced and more than half a dozen fillings. Strange, since the previous dentist sent me off will a clean bill of health, and I have always had regular dental care. I made a follow-up appointment to discuss the proposed work in a little more detail, but Williams canceled that appointment at the last minute, so I took a copy of the evaluation Williams did to yet another dentist, who told me I did need to replace one crown, but said he couldn't confirm any of the other issues in Williams' evaluation. So I saw 4 separate dentists that year - my previous dentist, the dentist filling in for Williams while he was on vacation, Williams himself and the new dentist. And 3 of the 4 dentists did not believe I needed anywhere near the amount of Williams had proposed. And here's the cherry on the top: one of the fillings Williams had proposed was for a tooth I don't even have - I lost it many years ago.

However, when I provided my insurance information, I was informed that they are not temporarily accepting patients with my insurance, despite it being listed as in-network. In other words, they are in-network with my insurance but refusing patients, which is misleading and could be a network compliance issue. It felt like they are prioritizing patients whose insurance pays more, rather than genuinely caring for those in need of care. On top of that, the receptionist, Tery, was extremely rude and unprofessional. If the front desk staff cannot provide basic courtesy over the phone, it raises concerns about the overall environment and patient experience in the office. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care.

Dr. Sipes and his staff took their time explaining all my options thoroughly and gave me an option that I did not know was available to me. I had a previous consultation with another dental group that was misleading in my options and was much more expensive than what Dr. Sipes was offering me. I had previously been reluctant to go to the dentist due to fear of pain, but Dr. Sipes explained why his methods would not cause me outright pain and just a little discomfort. I decided to have a full implant to replace all the teeth in my upper jaw instead of having dentures or a combination of bridges and implants and teeth removals. Dr. Sipes is very knowledgeable and has a very nice manner about him. He didn't speak 'over' me; he made sure that I understood every aspect of the services he was offering. Dr. Sipes was right about the pain...I only had a little discomfort from the shots and the rest of the procedure was pain-free! Recovery from my procedure was quick and pain-free as well. I have been so pleased with the full implant in my upper jaw. It seems as if it is my own natural teeth. It is easy to clean and looks very natural and I'm thrilled that I went with the full implant. The staff have been very nice and helpful. The office is very nice and well- organized. They have state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. I recommend Sipes Dental for anyone, but especially if you have avoided dental treatments due to fear of pain or because you have a lot of dental work than needs done. He took responsibility for the level of care my son received at Hanover Dental Care, and has taken steps to help alleviate the burden our family has faced due to this unfortunate situation. While I still am frustrated that our family has had to face significant struggles to get my son back to proper oral health, I am forever thankful that Dr. Resh treated us with respect, and ensured that the situation was taken care of. The office has assured me that steps will be taken to ensure this type of failure never happens again. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Hanover Dental Care neglected to provide adequate preventative and diagnostic care for my 6.5 year old son over the course of the past three years. Despite coming in every 6 months for preventative dental care, per the recommendations of the American Dental Association ... and per the coverage allowance of our dental insurance, my son was neglected, and left without proper dental treatments. Hanover Dental Care's complete disregard for my son's oral health led to an emergency visit with a pediatric dentist, who then urgently referred us to an oral surgeon, who IMMEDIATELY scheduled my son for a sedated surgical extraction of three baby teeth that were left to rot and decay in his mouth. Due to this office's complete and utter neglect in the diagnosis of several large cavities, and the lack of appropriate treatment of those cavities, we are now paying thousands of dollars out of pocket, and are forced to schedule our son for multiple sedation dentistry treatments in order to preserve his teeth.

A Perfectionist. I…read moream writing this review for Rita Tempel and associates. I am 37 years old and had not seen a dentist since I was 20 years old. The reason for my initial visit was because a sensitive spot on one of my wisdom teeth - they needed to be removed. She was quick to have an oral surgeon refered to me and set up for the removal process. I had also gotten Periodontal gum disease due to not seeing a dentist and having plaque buildup below the gums. She had been able to set up a treatment plan that included deep root scaling to remove the plaque, teeth cleaning, periodontal disease treatment, stain removal, and finally resin fillings. The treatment plan has taken the entirety of 2025 to complete and I am on my way to the last appointment! The process was slowed on my end and visitations had to be spread out due to no dental insurance. I was able to work with them to open an account and take advantage of 6 month no interest promotional plans per visitation instead of paying a full lump sum out of pocket. Will recommend as she is a perfectionist and takes her time to ensure that the disease has recessed and no longer evident before doing the fillings. The resin is not noticeable as the color matching has a wide range to choose from. No pain - no stereotypical dentist inducing fear. It is an in an out experience for a perfect appointment. Don't wait too late even if you have no insurance to schedule with her as there is a reason why she has won awards in the area and has a solid backlog with quite the team to help her out with appointments.
