Since then, errors have been made on my long term medications, but worst of all, their phone system only works 50% of the time. If you do get through, there is no option to speak to anybody. They have acknowledged their phone system is wonky but it's been a year and it hasn't been fixed. I'd hate to give up the people who know me and who have cared for me for twenty years but this is becoming untenable. If a medical practice won't answer phones I'm not sure what use they can be to patients. They have a messaging system but they require three working days for a response. Please, whoever is in charge, fix this. This is not a people problem, it's a reaching people problem. Rich, Dr. Reyna and the staff are amazing and helpful. (Tip: if you are lucky and the phone rings, press billing, you get a live person. Everything else is voice mail.)

And he did fix the very specific area that was botched. But it was at the expense of the entire front of my nose. It came out extremely crooked. Like the shape of a J. My nose was very straight before. It had great contouring before and now it looks like a poorly drawn cartoon character. I came back multiple times to express my unhappiness and he gaslighted me and told me I was wrong and that it was straight and finally that there was nothing he could do. Everyone in my life has told me it's extremely crooked. So I went to get a second opinion from another surgeon who agreed and completely validated all of my concerns.

My nose was chiseled down to a slope and the tip which was untouched. The surgery was incredibly transaction,. I was treated as if I was a timeslot, I got a cookie cutter nose job. When i return for the follow up days after the surgery, the outer bandage had come off in two corners, but the underneath bandage was intact fully, the doctor was unbelievably rude to me because of this I'm not sure if he was having a bad day. They asked you to fill out a review of the situation but they watch you fill it out literally while they're standing 2 feet from you watching you fill out every letter. I know it was before the bandage came off that I gave the assessment. Still unseen, the nose and high on pain medication 3 days of pain medication as this is done on purpose is that I would not recommend this doctor or clinic.
