Dr. Yee has been my ENT for 27 years. He's great! A real medical pro. For hearing issues he has an excellent Audiologist.

Really disappointed with the care and communication from this office. I had a septoplasty and turbinate surgery about 3 years ago to correct my deviated septum and improve my breathing. Since then my breathing has progressively gotten worse and I honestly feel like I could breathe better before surgery. I was also told my nose would not look different afterward but the shape has changed and now appears sunken in. For the past 4 months I've been trying to get follow up care (took two months for my insurance referral) . I've been told my CT looks normal and that it could be allergies but I've tried ALL the medications and nasal sprays they prescribed with no improvement. I've even been told the inside of my nose looks extremely wide/open yet I still cannot breathe properly. The worst part has been trying to reach this office. I work 8-5 M-F and have called repeatedly on lunch breaks, called from work, and left multiple messages with zero follow up just to get hung up on today at 4pm. I'm already a patient! I live 40 minutes away and should not have to physically show up just to get someone to respond. After 4 months of this I've had enough. I'm contacting my insurance to file a complaint and ask for assistance getting the follow up care I need. I simply want someone to take my concerns seriously and figure out why my breathing has gotten worse and why my nose has visibly changed. read more

They will never answer the phone, I had to call my regular doctors office next door and ask them to go knock on his door to get ahold of someone, Dr Yee barely looked at me or assessed my situation basically just brushed me off, the office environment was chaotic and high stress when I was there, there is a significant wait time to be seen even if you are early or on time . read more

How do you get a hold of this office? One month of calling daily and nothing. I'm in pain and I need help. This is wild.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:15a and asked staff when i would be seen and the front staff said that dr yee was not even here yet. They explained he is usually late and dont know when he is coming in. They have three patients sitting in rooms already with no answer for when he will be arriving. i would never recommend or come back . Was telling them i prefer to go to all ears to receive my hearing aides and they were very pushy to try to get me to stay with them . read more

Dr. Yee was great. Listened to what I had to say, had realistic answers and didn't make me feel I was being rushed off. His front desk staff is an entirely different story. Each time I came in, they made eye contact, then went back to what they were doing. No "Hi, hello, go to hell" nothing. Then, as I was waiting in the lobby, the blonde haired receptionist was talking on her phone, cursing, and being unprofessional. Handle your business on your own time lady. I also had to call to reschedule a cancellation, that they didn't inform me of. They canceled the appointment, then didn't contact me in any way shape or form until I called the office to inquire what happened. You'll have to do the leg work for them, but Dr. Yee is worth it. read more

They just randomly cancel your appointment without any notification. I was supposed to have a surgery the other day so I cancelled all my plans and got unpaid leave at work just to find the office closed at the scheduled time. Then on the phone I was told that my appointment had been cancelled without notifying me. What a joke read more

completely amazing surgeon. loving my tonsilectomy and a great sense of humor. Everyone complaining is a narcissist, basically, wish I had found him and his great office sooner. read more

They're staff is rude. 1 hour of the appointment scheduled we have, they called and say they have to cancel the appointment because they realized that a test needs to be done first. This is very inconvenient and inappropriate. They should atleast call and cancel a day before atleast, not 1 hour before the appointment when we scheduled a transport being paid already. read more

Saw the doctor on 12/20/23 he recommended I go for a sleep study so he said they would call me back with the appointment. Waited 3 months never heard from them. I called the office. Some girl said I needed to call myself She gave me the number for Calif Sleep Solutions. Now they are telling me they can't do anything for me until I get a referral from the Dr. I call the doctors office and after speaking to a girl she put me on hold for not kidding 10 minutes to gave her pick up the line up and hanging up on me. Tried calling back now no one is answering. DONT waste your time with this doctors office. !!!!!!! read more

Dr James is amazing but the front desk? Not at all especially how they handle an upset patient because of their own doings and like what I said its not what you said it's how you say it!!!!! I Work as a front desk myself but never even ones I ask a patient in a sarcastic way and act like so unprofessional even my patient yells at me because I as a worker I have to protect the credibility of the office I worked for and set aside my take of the situation to refrain from escalating the situation. read more

I took my mom here to see Dr. Yee for her annual ear checkup appointment, however she was seen by their rude PA instead. We waited 1 hour past her appointment time until they call us in, but for the PA to only have my mom reschedule for next month. It looks like they couldn't keep up with all their patients that day as their lobby was overcrowded causing other patients to wait outside. At first, the PA told us Dr. Yee will see my mom that day for the checkup and to return next month for her testing, so they had us go back to their lobby and wait. I'm certain they forgot about my mom. Another hour passed by after that before I checked with the receptionist about my mom. I was patient and calm with the staffs because working in the medical field as well, I totally understand busy situations like these. I was expecting a quick apology from the PA so that I know my mom and I can go home, however I was wrong. He walked up to the counter and started screaming. He claimed that I misunderstood him and also said they're so busy they can't see my mom today. His behavior was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Even with an appointment, she never got to see the doctor. The staffs lack communication skills because so many things went wrong here. I hope we can change her clinic soon. read more

Dr. Yee & his team were professional, attentive, & displayed a great bedside manner. I was treated with great care & thoughtfulness. I was reluctant to go here because of the reviews but once I read and saw they were all just mostly about attitude I decided to give it a try. 10/10 would recommend this place. The front desk staff was helpful and cheery even after I arrived almost 10 minutes late! I filled out my paperwork and was taken in right after I handed them over. Erwin and his assistant took care of me and were super friendly, caring and personable throughout the appointment. Was totally worth the 40 minute drive. Thank you guys! read more

I need to switch doctors. Came here with my family today and, as usual, the doctor was overbooked and arrived late. It really sucks because my family likes the staff. The only staff member that's ever questionable is the doctor himself. Do yourself a favor and look around. read more

This review is for a family member of mines .I have came to this office multiple times. Never really had an issue until I had spoken to the front desk Alexis this was so unprofessional when she spoke to me over the phone I called one time she answer and I ask about a doctor then she hung up I didn't know what happen the first time so I called back again and ask about my doctor for an appointment. After getting an appointment before hanging up. I over heard her say something rude I don't believe she was aware that she didn't hang up on me yet. I love the doctor I have but the other staff is just completely rude. Only reason I come back is for my doctor. read more

Absolutely horrible office. Been here twice, and waited over an hour past appointment time both times. They make you wait outside in the 100+ degree heat and smoke. Ever hear of smoke allergies? You'd think an ENT would be sensitive to that. Knock on the door and whenever they feel like it, come and give you some paperwork on Covid. Only 3 chairs available, so many people have to stand despite disabilities and age. All other doctors in the building let their patients wait inside. They want you to keep them informed and to be on time, but no communication from them. No respect for the patient. BS. read more
