She is incredibly intelligent and does an excellent job explaining findings and educating you on your skin health in a way that's easy to understand. I had to have two suspicious spots removed, which honestly can be a scary experience, but Jill and her team made me feel completely comfortable and took exceptional care of me throughout the entire process. Also--DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A MED SPA THERE TOO?!?! Miss Kay is the nurse injector and Ashley is the aesthetician, and they are both very talented, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do. I'm at the age where I really have to take care of my skin. Dr. Lehman is as warm, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable as ever. I trust her completely! And she really takes the time to explain the plan of care and make sure all questions are answered. This office takes a lot of insurance plans, though certain medicare/medicaid/united healthcare plans aren't serviced. Honestly, if my insurance stopped covering, I would come here anyway (I know that's a privilege to be able to say). Front office staff are attentive and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and bright, with nice and comfortable furniture. Checkin is easy and I didn't wait at all! I went back right on time and waited barely a few minutes before Dr. Lehman entered the room. I also met with Kay, their aesthetics professional, who asked me about my goals and helped me find a skincare plan that met my needs. She gave me a detailed brochure and wrote down exactly how/in what order to perform each step. I'm set up with her in one month for a free follow up. I think I will consider a chemical peel with her in the future. I'm not trying to discount any other yelpers opinion, but I do notice most of the people rating this practice poorly only have a few/no other reviews and a few didn't even experience the practice--they based their ratings on a phone call or an issue with scheduling. I'm glad I'm starting my self-care journey with Dr. Lehman and I'm confident she and her staff will keep my skin at its glowing best.

Unfortunately, the face of every doctors office is the front staff. The first ones you see and the first of opinions made. There is one female up front in the Hendersonville office that does not need to be working with patients. I have watched this front staffer in past visits either being rude to patients, complaining openly about her job or in one instance laughing at a patient. Today I got her in all her glory. I had stopped by with a simple question about my bill. A bill that has been paid since my visit but keep getting. She attempted to explain what she thought the problem was. When I didn't understand and told her that, she said I was not listening. I let her explain one more time. I still didn't quite understand what she was trying to say. Seriously, with her verbiage she was making zero sense. She said I should stop interrupting. I never interrupted. That second go around I even waited for her to pause so I could respond. She told me I came in with a bad attitude. Not sure what she was talking about. I was just smiling and joking with another lady up front. I told her I was mirroring her attitude. She did not like that. Honestly, by then I was angry. I'm pretty easy going but being accused of a bad attitude she was projecting made me defensive. Her attitude with me was extremely unprofessional. Instead of referring me to a phone number, a person in billing or at least someone above her pay grade she yelled and said since I wasn't listening I needed to leave. The encounter after watching other encounters of her with other patients will keep me from going back. Nor will I ever refer another patient too. It's very unfortunate because I really love the providers. I have worked in the medical profession for over 20 years. I've never seen anything like her. I've now been seeing Dr. Morgan Ebeling for the last six months, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Although Pinnacle's Nashville locations are a bit closer than this one - I really like how easy this office is to access (especially when it comes to parking). Appointment times are respected - and I've never had to sit in the waiting area for more than five minutes. It's evident that Dr. Ebeling cares about her patients. At each of my appointments, she's listened to my concerns and come up with helpful solutions for treatment that actually work! I'll continue to trust Dr. Ebeling and the folks at Pinnacle Dermatology in Hendersonville for all of my dermatology needs - and I recommend this office to anyone in need of individualized skin care.
