I sealed the end myself and will fix the glob of sealant in spring when they dry out. Silicone does not stick to moist surfaces. Very disappointed on the $500 I spent. My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.

Two of the lines in the concrete were put in totally the wrong spot, one was completely omitted, preventing it from matching up to the existing patio and I explained that that was a whole goal to tie a new concrete so once it was completely dry, it would look like it was part of the original job, but this omission completely prevents it from matching up. The other was when they had to take the fence down to use concrete pump, they broke the 2 x 4 cross members due to the age of the wood ( according to Conquered Concrete) in the process in which they took it down and replaced it with the broken wood instead of of spending about eight dollars replacing it. They elected to put up the old broken ones that did not connect or provide any Safe secure security and neglected to tell me that it was like this until I found out on my own, not a major detail, but the details make the difference from good to great! I fixed it for about eight to $10 in about a half hours time quick run to Lowe's. I just wish I would've known about this and not found out on my own weeks later. These are the details that take you from good to great! I did communicate and explain all this to the owner unfortunately, he did not see it in the way the pain customer sees it, but I try to reach out and give an opportunity to make it correct before I did this review.
