The crew quickly got the job done, cleaned up, remaining professional the whole time. Everything was completed in two hours. Chris even power washed an outdoor carpet I was planning on washing by hand after they left. A bonus! This is my second 5 star review for Chris DeCollibus and his amazing business "We do windows". Not only do they do windows, but they do an amazing job at roofs and roof- gutters. I have used Chris and his business three separate times and every time his company and workers have done an excellent job at providing quick, economical and top job service. The last time they repaired my roof, Chris advised me that I needed an additional gutter added for proper drainage. Chris and his workers added a new gutter and even painted it to match my house. This was done FREE OF CHARGE!! What an amazing business. Professional, conscientious, thorough, expert, friendly, punctual. These are words I use to describe my experience with We do Windows, Inc. Chris Decollibus and team arrived at my home on time. They adhered to Covid 19 protocols. Chris guided me around the house and pointed out what they'd service they'd perform. Additionally, he noticed a clay tile that needed to be reset and said they'd take care of that too. He even had a referral for work on the gutter that he does not offer. The team left the working area spic and span including power washing a patio removing the dirt and grim from the leaves they removed from the roof and gutters. We Do Windows was referred to me by a friend who has used them for window and gutter cleaning for years. I now know why. The owner Chris was very polite and it was obvious to me customer service and work integrity was extremely important to him. His crew not only cleaned my gutters to where I didn't see a spec of dirt in them, they also cleaned up my patio, driveway, etc when they were all done. Great job and great service. Chris and his team showed up on short notice and did a great job on cleaning out our gutters. While doing that job they noticed some tiles that were cracked on our roof. Luckily they do roofing also. They gave us a quote and within a couple of days they were back out again to fix our roof issues. There was an issue with some roofing nails left behind after their clean up, but one call to Chris and he personally came out to fix the situation. I would definitely recommend them. read more
