They dropped it off, I filled it on my own timeline, and they hauled it away. I ended up needing an extra day and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating (which matters a lot during a move). Scott goes right to the top, from the speed of his response, to his scheduling, to his follow through. He arrived early and stayed late to guarantee the job was done. Most admiringly, Scott has a high standard, even when it's inconvenient for him, and more difficult; all to ensure the client receives a top tier, above and beyond experience. Our job specifically had a tricky parking situation and while it would have been easier for him to park his truck by the door, it would have blocked others. Instead, Scott parked farther away, made his job HARDER, extending his trek on foot, all while hauling, so we could continue operating the business with no interference. His warm, polished, intentional way of ensuring the job is done with a soft touch, and right the first time, is a welcome reset from the standard cold way vendors often approach their craft. I was referred to Evan at Secure Moving Services by a professional acquaintance. I wanted to hire locally and I needed a team that was fast and efficient. I'm a planner. An organized perfectionist. I had a budget and a time window that left little room for lagging. I was on a mission, had high expectations and little patience for inefficiency. I have moved every 2-4 years my whole life. At 50 years old, that's a lot of moving. I have it down to a science. I like my movers to also have it down to a science. Evan and his co-worker Joey were right on time to meet me at my storage unit. They were energetic and friendly and I immediately felt a comfort level with them. When we took a look inside the storage unit, Evan and Joey quickly came up with a strategy for getting only the select items I wanted out of the unit. They wrapped some items to move them more efficiently, and secured everything carefully and systematically. We were in and out of storage in record time. Also, you know those movers who take an hour longer than they should to drive from point to point, and then charge you for the extra time? Not these guys. I moved from Oceanside to South Orange County. I left the storage unit ahead of them. I expected to have about 45 minutes to unload my car before they got to the new place. They arrived only 15 minutes behind me. When they unloaded the trailer, they had to navigate steps leading to the entryway, as well as a staircase inside the house. They were careful and conscientious not to bump walls and took the time to arrange the furniture for me. I really appreciated that they remained friendly and kept their senses of humor while still working really hard. They went about their jobs efficiently and carefully and I never felt stressed that they were lagging or not paying attention, as I have with movers in the past. I highly recommend Evan and Secure Moving Services. The prices are reasonable, combined with integrity that you can't beat! read more

WOW! I am writing this review because I never imagined I could be impressed with a "junk removal" company....I was blown away at the professionalism, speed, cleanliness and follow up provided by Evan at Done Deal Junk Removal! I was speaking with an associate of mine regarding the removal of a couple of TONS (literally) of junk/stuff that tenants had left behind and I needed the items removed ASAP. She recommended I call Done Deal. I called and spoke with Evan explaining what I had and sent him a variety of pictures. He called me back a short time later with a price and time he could be there etc. His price was extremely fair. He showed up on time with a smile on his face. I showed him the pile of items and also some additional items that I did not realize were at the property (they were large items). He said he could remove those additional items for an additional charge and quoted me the additional cost and to my relief he was still very fair in his pricing. He absolutely could have taken advantage of situation but he remained fair and steadfast. He removed all the items fast and he is meticulously CLEAN. He swept up and used a blower to leave the areas as clean as possible. I will definitely be using his service in the future and I have already recommended him to others. 100% Satisfied Customer. I had a car engine laying in my garage that I needed to get rid of. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but we couldn't use it. And we had no way to get it to the recycling place. I found Evan on Facebook marketplace. I took pictures of the items I needed, hauled away within minutes he gave me a quote. I received four other quotes and he was the most affordable. He came one day later it took him 30 minutes to haul everything out of my side yard. He even cleaned up all the debris that was left behind.
