Brandon has treated me right since the moment I met him. I Crashed my f150 from the front and another shop wanted to charge me 1000$ seemed reasonable (I had no idea how much it should actually cost) so I head over to done right for a quote from them and Brandon quoted me 150$!! They're not one of those corporate shops that just try to get as many jobs out the door as possible. They actually care about their customers, and take the time to do it right. I was extremely worried about it, because some body shops barely match the bumper because it's plastic. Not these guys. They made it absolutely perfect. My car was crashed into while parked and this was the shop they recommended me by the person who hit me. They've worked with each other before so I assumed it was going to be a breeze. Well let me tell you... IT WAS! Super friendly staff and management they are super easy to work with and very efficient. Even though my body is fiberglass they were still able to get the job done and it looked like new when it was done. Took my mom's car for repairs. Dealt with Brandon, the owner's son. Car needed repairs on the passenger side, door and fender in the back. Left the car in on July 17th.. Brandon committed to have it ready by July 30th. Well.. the car was ready by August 24th.. he made us come back 5 times with the promise, that it was ready! The job was poorly done, and the wheel alignment was never done, something we paid for. His dad saw my frustration and stated that they would paint the doors on the passenger side at no cost. The doors did have minor scratches. When I finally picked up the car, I clearly saw the door were never Painted. I could see they were buffed but not even polished. Also, the stop light the installed, collects water inside because it was not properly installed. Very disappointed at the end results. Sorry to say but the niceness of Brandon does not make up for the mediocre results on my moms car. read more

Done Right is Repair Done with Pride! My son's car (Honda Civic, 2008, Gold) was in a fender bender and the front part of the car was damaged; however, the car was still drivable. We took it to different body shops to get estimates and they came in round $2,000 to $2,400 before opening the car. That was a lot to pay out of pocket if we chose not to go through our insurance; and if we use the insurance, $500 deductible was and is still a lot of money, especially for college students. As a parent himself, the owner, Arturo understood our situation and offered to help us out. After much consideration we chose to use our insurance and go with Done Right Body Shop. Our insurance adjuster went down to the shop and gave the green light for repair but for not the replacement of a radiator mount as recommended by Arturo and his son, Brandon. On the day we were supposed to pick up the car, Arturo called me and said that he was not happy with the repair even though most average people would not notice the near perfect repair of the radiator mount. He said if I wanted to, I could come to pick up the car right there and then. But he said he was not happy with it. He said let him bring the insurance adjuster back to see that the repair failed to store the car to pre-accident condition and that a replacement is a must. The adjuster came and approved the replacement. A week later we got the car back and we could not have been happier with the result. His son, Brandon, was working hard and late to try and clean the car, inside and outside, mostly by himself because his usual detailing person could not make it to work that day. This truly is a small family run body shop that cares and takes pride in making sure that every repair is done right, hence, the name.
