Don't let their name fool you! They can do way more than just bumpers. They got me scheduled in literally the next day to come in and have a spoiler installed on my car. It was a little challenging due to the drill template not lining up properly in the trunk. But with a little finagling they were able to get all of the proper holes drilled that were needed to mount the spoiler to the trunk. I am definitely happy with their work and it was worth the money as it would have taken me way longer to install it on my own.

Shout out to Ivan and Diego! These gentlemen are true professionals who turned my faded, aging, and chipping 19 year old factory paint job into something looking brand new off the lot! I also had a dented roof (kayaking), a loose molding, and plenty of other dents from years of abuse. Also, in terms of service, price, etc., I couldn't be any happier in those areas either. Very friendly and communicative. I thought the price was very fair, especially so after seeing the end product. These guys are amazing! Diego responded to my Yelp query (looking for a paint fix on my car door) in seconds, asked for a photo, and said that he could do it for a very reasonable price. My bumper had crazy scratches, started chipping, all my fog light covers fell out over time, and the bottom of my car was peeling. They replaced the bumper, fixed everything, and had my car done in about an hour. The price was very fair and my car looks so much newer now. I had a semi-deep scratch on my car and was shopping around for some quotes. I decided to message these guys with photos of my car because they consistently had 5 star reviews here on Yelp. I got a response within an hour with a quote that I thought was too good to be true. I made an appointment to drop off my car for the following day. I decided to take a chance because 1) the scratch wasn't that big and 2) if everything turned out well, I'd be coming out ahead. Gabe was super helpful on the phone and explained what they planned to do with my car. He was incredibly helpful and nice and completely understanding when I told him I needed to talk with my husband about making an appointment before I fully committed. The next day I dropped off my car and Diego let me know that it'd be ready by tomorrow morning. The car was ready as he said and WOW, it looks amazing!!! You couldn't even tell that a scratch was on my car. And the guys at the shop were super nice, too! I quickly gave Ivan my money and drove off happy! This'll be my new place to take my car in in case I ever need body work. The price was so good that I might even ask for a quote on my dad's bumper. Highly recommend this place!!! read more

Hi, I took my 2023 Tesla here. It had gotten keyed a few weeks before with multiple tiny scratches and a dent on the hood. I was stressed out to say the least, as I was on a budget. Luckily , I was able to find this place that so happened to be within 6 miles of where I live. They did an amazing job and honestly turned out even better than expected. Took my Lexus LC500 convertible in for repair of paint abrasions down to the primer on three different body panels including a ding/dent that weren't major but clearly visible and bugging me. These guys killed it. Car looks like new. Dropped off in late AM and picked up a few hours later. Costs were low enough to embarrass the other body shops and repair specialist that Yelp sent me to. Diego was great. They did a Mobile appointment and found an additional scratch on the opposite side of my car. He had me swing by his shop a few days later to buff it out and do some additional touch ups. Great communication and the car looks as good as it did when I drove it off the lot. Highly recommend. Ivan did a great job touching up my car! My front bumper was looking pretty bad with paint chips/scratches, and I left the next day with my car looking basically new. They fixed some overspray from a previous (poorly done) paint job from another shop, and they even polished my headlights without me asking. I noticed this scratch on my car the other month and got quoted at a car shop for a pretty fair price. I ended up putting the repair off up until a few days ago when I finally decided to a yelp service request. I was messaged by so many companies quoting me with oddly high prices. Some of them were double the price I was quoted in person. Magic Bumper was the only company who came near to the quoted price I had received. I looked through the reviews and was very impressed. They got my car in the day after I requested their service. There were no surprise charges at pickup and the work speaks for itself. I cannot believe I found this gem of a business. Highly recommend this place, I had them paint this fiberglass lip that's attached to the bumper. Paint match was spot on, paint quality was on point, and turnaround time was extremely fast. Dropped the lip off at noon it was ready by 8 AM the next. Will definitely do more business with this shop in the future. read more

I needed bumper repair and large dent repair on the side of my truck. These guys took excellent care of me. I dropped it off told them I needed it by the end of the week and they finished in three days. I was very impressed and satisfied with the quick and professional service. My truck looks brand new. These guys also gave me a pretty good deal because I wasn't going through Insurance and paid out of pocket. Can't recommend them more. By the way, this is a second review despite it showing it linked to a review a few years back. Different trucks and different work. Needed my 2008 GX470's OEM front bumper reinstalled after the truck had been fitted with a custom off-road high clearance version. SSCP ordered the needed parts as items such as front bumper brackets and fasteners were forever lost. They even fabricated (at no additional cost) two small attachment points as portions of the truck were cut during the off-road bumper install. Truck looks great, they communicated the few deviations from a completely stock fit, specifically that the fender liners, due to oversized tires, could not be installed all the way at this time and the cut liners remain. These can be replaced and fit to stock should I go back to stock size wheels and tires. Car was delivered! Car was cleaned / detailed! Both unexpected perks when I first chose to have them do the work. Price was very fair given the ask and I recommend this shop for your car repair needs. Should this or one of my other cars/trucks need attention, I will not hesitate to contact them. Thank you SSCP.

Larry inspected the damage, took photos, and offered me options. Repainting the side of the car was going to cost over $2000, which was out of the question given how minor the scratches were. I opted for buffing, which Larry indciated would take care of the scratches. The cost would be $900. He subsequently informed me that the paintless dent repair would be an additional $895. This is about four times the going rate, so I declined and decided to get that done cheaper after the scratches were repaired. I picked up my car today and the scratches are as evident as when I brought the car in. I told Larry I was dissatisfied with the work and that I felt I had been way overcharged. After some discussion, he agreed to reduce my bill to $800, $100 off. I paid the bill and left his shop, still convinced I had been ripped off. Larry, not I, is the guy with experience in paint and dent repair. He had a duty to tell me up front that he wouldn't be able to get the scratches out by just buffing. Had he disclosed that to me, I would have gone elsewhere rather than pay hm $800 for ineffective buffing. I will never go back to Dent and Scratch Pro. Their website pledges "100% satisfaction guaranteed." That's a false pledge. Anyone doing business with Dent and Scratch Pro better thoroughly cross examine Larry on exactly what result to expect before handing over your car and credit card to him.

Today, it seems like the services you buy there are usually some sort of let down when they are completed, or someone is trying to get deeper into your pockets because they forgot something they did not quote you on. Well i can honestly say that Diego at Magic Dent and Bumper Auto Repair and his Employees are not that usual service. I had damage to my 2018 Ram Truck on the passenger side at the back door post, and at the quarter panel behind the post. I reached out on Yelp not knowing who this repair shop was, and after reading the reviews, I sent pictures of the damage to Diego at the shop, I received a quote about 15 minutes later for the price and timeline for the repair. I checked other repair shops that day and no one would come close to what Diego had quoted me, so I said yes to the repair. From the original contact with Diego, he kept me in the loop, and even when the Insurance was taking a little longer then usual, he did not mind the wait. Noticed what I said about (Had Damage) above, when I picked up my truck this morning I could not tell if there had been any damage to that side of the truck, let alone that it had been repaired. It looked as if it was just off the show room. Over the years I have had a few of these, let us just call them dings, and no one has ever repaired my vehicles in the past like Diego's Repair Shop repaired my Truck. Not only did he complete the repairs but also detailed the outside and inside of my truck. Lastly, I am very meticulous about my cars and trucks, my career has been in (QA) Quality Assurance in the field of major Hospitals and Research Laboratories. I always make a point to look hard at the work I am inspecting to make sure what they are presenting me is what I agreed to, and how the work and product looks before I accept it. Called them up to get my car door replaced after an accident, and the quote and what I paid was 70-80% cheaper than all the other overpriced quotes I was getting. They are very transparent and honest with their pricing on parts. Had a little hiccup with parts and availability for when I was going to come in, but he made it right and discounted me heavily for the inconvenience. Mind you I chose to save a little money to not get the door painted, which is why it looks a little weird but that was my own choice lol read more

I hit my carport post bad, left deep scratches along the side, got several quotes. Tried to buff it out but you could see bare metal so knew it needed to be painted and fixed professionally. I could tell by the work steps in their quote they would do a good job. Highest quote was $1,800, most under $1k and they were less with a cash discount.
