When I got to USA Jetting, my call was answered by a professional and polite lady who took down my information and gave me their estimate which was much less than Roto Rooter's quote and a bunch of other companies. She then told me she can get a technician out this afternoon so I booked him. Turned out to be another polite and professional young man by the name of Hector. He arrived a bit late due to traffic coming in from NY. He was very apologetic. I asked him if I can observe his work, he didn't mind. He assessed the problem, told me what was going on and gave me the company's price which was right on the spot what the lady had told me over the phone. They also had a Memorial Day coupon which took off 35% of the quoted price. The entire time he explained what he was doing and kindly answered all of my questions. Hector took his time doing the service making sure not to short hand a customer. Hector used a camera and snaked it into the drain to see what was in there. He jetted the entire drain, rinsed and repeated on all of my drains! Then he showed me with the camera again that there may be a sagging drain that may need to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up everything after his work. Overall, I was very pleased with Hector and the company for performing an extraordinary service!Muchísimas gracias!

He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!
