Brent and Nicole of Done-Rite Auto Glass did an amazing job of replacing my 2018 Chevy Equinox windshield. I contacted them Monday and had a response with minutes. Safelite quoted me $450 with lifetime warranty plus an additional $30 for them to come to me. Brent and Nicole only charged me $230 for the same. Their service is also convenient. You don't have to drive to a shop, they come to you. Just set an appointment time and they're they early if not right on time at not extra cost. So with my time off this week I've been getting a few things done on my list of to-dos. The weather has put a damper on a few items, but it's allowed room for other tasks to get done. One was my windshield. Sitting at Phó Saigon on Mason Rd in Katy, yesterday, I did a quick google search that gave me the "top 10 windshield replacement options" via Yelp. This is for the aftermarket windshield, for my Jeep Wrangler. OEM has about a $50-100 mark-up depend on who you talk to (Jeep Wrangler owners will know what I'm talking about). Well, sunday afternoon some dingdong broke my back window of my subaru forester. Noone was open sunday, so monday morning we started calling around. Safelite, our past option, quoted us 294 for the back drivers side rear sliding window. Affordable auto glass (recommended by a friend) quoted us 153, but we had to go to hillcroft, and my friend did say she waited quite a few hours there. Well, done rite answered our call, and within a few hours was at our door with their mobile repair truck (w lots of other glass pieces on it), and cleaned up and replaced the glass super quick. Bonus, nicole had in the car the cutest little puppy pomeranian ever!!! For 166.25, their service was quick, neat, polite. Im going to recommend them to ALL my coworkers for sure. My 2019 Ram 1500 had a huge Crack in center due to a walnut sized rock. Was in a time crunch due to inspection sticker running out at month end.
