I needed my front windshield replaced. I scheduled an appointment at their 59 and Beltway 8 location, and we had a couple back and forth calls to settle on the type of windshield I needed. They do a VIN look up to see what windshield you need, and apparently mine had various sensors and was quoted $300 whereas the basic windshield was $200. They were willing to install the cheaper windshield for me as my "sensors" were nonfunctional to my knowledge, but they warned that some cars will have a warning light on the dash if it isn't right. I am glad they were willing to be flexible, but I opted for the "right" windshield at $300. Day of my appointment, the gentleman working the front quoted me 1 hour 15 min wait time. He checked out my car about 15 min after my appointment time, and informed me that the glass they had included other various sensors that my car did not have. He informed me he could have the actual right windshield shipped over in 45 min and installed in 30 min, and it would be $250 total. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed, and everything was done in the exact time he quoted me. Overall, I was there 1.5 hours past my appointment time. There was bits of excess rubber/scraps from the adhesive on my dash and seats afterwards. I don't have the cleanest car right now, so it wasn't bothersome, but if it's something you care about then keep in mind. The light rain a few hours after the replacement did not leak through. I will update this review if I come across any issue with the replacement. They offer a 2 year warranty on air and water leaks from their replacement. read more

I was quoted a price which I agreed to and was given an appointment on the next Friday at 8am. When I showed up they suddenly didn't have the molding and I was told I couldn't reuse my chrome trim. Came here on August 23 to have my windshield replaced as an old crack was starting to spread upwards. I've been here before with my older car and they did a wonderful job that's why I came back. I made an appointment for 9 that morning, arrived at 845, and when I got there I was told I had to wait 1.5 hours because one of the ladies forget to order the windshield. I ended up being done around 1030 with a new windshield with fingerprint smudges all over it. So far I haven't had any issues with air or water coming through. I am still going to wait on getting my car washed to make sure the windshield is ok. Hopefully things stay going good. The price was reasonable for the type of car I have. read more

Horrible service ! Set an appointment the day before to get my windshield replaced gave the the info to the vehicle as asked. Came in the next day at 12 was told it would take 15 mins . Then after an hour I'm told that the wrong glass was put on and that the right still needed to be picked up and it would take another hour before it's is done correctly . Now places like these are suppose to have a system where they know what glass goes on what car now being here for 2 hrs I've realized they are not organized and they are not professional. Do not use this company, they will cheat you. I scheduled to get my driver side back window replaced. They came and replaced it with a "New" OEM window, after everything was said and done and I checked over it and there was a small crack in the window. I didn't tell them to take it out and give me a new one. I asked for a discount because of an obvious scratch/crack. The guy called his boss, which I'm assuming is "Francis" since that's the guy I talked to over the phone, and essentially told me we can take it off and you can find a different company (Translate: F*** off). What a POS company, no customer service and did a bad job to cause a scratch on the new window. Never use this crap company ever again, I had a coworker who was looking for someone to fix his window and I would have referred them. Not any more. Stay far away FYI the guy gave the excuse for the crack "do you see how hard it was for me to put it in?". WTF kind of excuse is that, I'm paying you to do your job. My car window got busted out... after a rather artfully piecing together two garbage bags to cover the window...it only took a few minutes of rain to determine that we are never going to qualify as window replacement experts...that is not a happy way to start your weekend. After calling around to literally everyone.... we couldn't find anyone who was able to fix it for us that day. Everyone was either going to have to wait for the glass to come in or they were booked up. We called one place that had available time..but only rear windows..so they kindly recommended S Delta glass... we called to see if they had the front passenger glass... these guys are smart enough to have their own warehouse so all we had to do was give them an hour to go get it and bring it to the shop. The shop is nothing to look for atmosphere... but they were quick... the price was better than people who would have to have me wait for a week for my appointment.... AND... that was with them tinting the window to match!! My car looks like it never got assaulted in the first place It's been over a month and I wanted to let anyone who read this know that the window tint had what looked like air bubbles in it, so I called and spoke to a man who told me if I was very concerned to bring it back in and they will check it, but normally it takes a few days for it to smooth out. 2 days later it was icy smooth. But I sincerely appreciated how non confrontational and willing to help they were! I also called a few weeks later because I could hear glass in the door when I would close it... They again gave me no problems. They were very friendly and encouraged me to bring it in so they could take it out. My car window looks perfect. It works perfectly and the price was excellent. This place was a great find. Unfortunately, my side vent window just fell off one day... I searched everywhere for an affordable price. I found Delta, called for a quote and was literally the cheapest. I dropped my truck off, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, then called to inspect my truck. The first attempt was actually not a good one. The replacement window didn't even look like it fit in my door. I said something and they came to look at the window, they agreed the window was not placed properly. Turns out that the window just wasn't going to work. They called and had another glass delivered and replaced it in less than an hour. More importantly, they did all of it at no additional charge. They were all helpful and super nice about everything! Bad service, bad worker, Bad Store. They are not qualified to do auto glass replacements and repair. They hire people who knows nothing to do this very professional job! ! ! They can not fix your car's problem, they CREATE NEW PROBLEM! My car was broken in and my right back glass was smashed. When they tried to replace the glass, they broke my regulator, and told me it was the damage by tHe thief ( In fact it was damaged by the worker when they tried to install the new glass ) they said they could not fix it,but they can temporarily install the glass without regulators, later the professional who repaired my regulator told me THE WORKER OF THIS DELTA AUTO GLASS TRIED TO DIG HOLES IN MY CAR TO TEMPORARILY HOLD THE GLASS!!! THEY ARE CRAZY!!! I had to buy new regulator to replace the one damaged by them, but the holes on the car was not repairable. I called them later ask for refund, they admitted the worker was new ( it was not new or experienced, they were not trained and not qualified to do the work) , but they only agree to refund the money if I return their glass. The drive is farther but they have a bigger shop and the workers are decent. The Hispanic mechanic that worked on my car is a degenerate. The Hispanic desk/phone operators ladies were well spoken and friendly. The African-American manager on duty was very forthcoming and understanding. Short story: Window smashed by street hoodlings. Got window replaced at Delta Auto. Mechanic says radiator is no bueno and told me to buy a new one. Passenger glass window almost slides out of car. Radiator turns out to be 99% functional. Found out the after market glass window is too big and didn't fit on the radiator. Got a refund, but they tacked a $20 restocking fee. I was nice enough to pay it, but now that I think about it I should've said HELL NAWW! Full story: I had my passenger side window replaced here and it by the looks it came out okay until I rolled the window down. It went at half the speed as it's supposed to. The mechanic said my radiator is messed up but I said I'll come back to fix it later. It began to rain on my way to class and my window started coming up at an ANGLE as I rolled them up. So, they could've basically fell out the window, etc. I went to my dad to see if the radiator is banged up but it was perfectly fine. Went back to bitch at the mechanic and they had nothing to say but to refund me. What is it about my poor little dented Sentra that keeps attracting Smash n' Grabbers? Since moving onto Washington Ave, it has been bullied a total of 5 times, including 3 in the past 2 months. The back windows keep getting smashed, and his lunch money (loose change) keeps getting taken :( I've employed the fellows here so often that I asked the sympathetic receptionist for a punch card. No dice, but I'll take the reasonable prices plus mobile services any day. Minus one star for the one technician who tried to hustle me for a tip (which I was going to give anyway). TLDR: Poor quality replacements. Quality service. (Update 2). 6 or 7 weeks after replacement. My rear view mirror popped off the windshield. Crack looks like it has elongated. Beware customers. I took my truck here to replace the window glass on the rear door. Very disappointed that they broke the 2 harness when they tried to remove my door panel. They even took pictures and told me that they was broken before. My truck was bought brand new and never been touched on the door panel.
